About the owner: We are both in our fifties and married for 30 years. We love to use the condo on the weekends when it’s not rented. We have tried to make it homey and cozy for our personal use, and yours. We plan to make this our retirement home when the time comes.
Why the Owner Chose Hollywood Beach:
My wife and I grew up in Miami and we both LOVE the ocean. Ever since we’ve been married we have been looking for waterfront property by the ocean, from Key West to Fort Lauderdale . One night friends took us for dinner on the Boardwalk. We couldn’t believe it, dinner right on the Ocean. Neither of us had ever been to Hollywood Beach even throw we both grew up in Miami only 20 miles away There was no question, we found our home away from home.
We chose the Waterways because of the location, and the beauty of it's architecture. We are a short walk to all the events, and far enough away for peace and quit when you want get away to our private deck overlooking the Intercostals waterways.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We love to get up early and watch the sun rise, then take a walk down the beach for breakfast at one of the many restaurants on the boardwalk.
My wife loves to go shopping at the nearby malls and then spend a few hours relaxing on the beach.
We are always sure to be home to watch the sunset from the deck with our favorite cocktail.
