Steamboat Springs, Colorado is nestled in the Rockies three hours northwest of Denver, or just 30 minutes from the Steamboat/Hayden airport. Come and visit this timeless western town and our log cabin décor condo condo which is along the slopes in the complex of Storm Meadows at the Christi base lifts. This is where you enter the world-renowned champagne powder slopes and you can ski right back to your doorstep.
From here you can stroll to dinner or shop in the village of Ski-Time Square or ride the free bus to old town with great shopping and even more great restaurants.
Don't forget Steamboat in the summer. There is an endless list of activities: Biking, Hiking, Tubing and Rafting, Fly and Lake Fishing, and visits to Fish Creek Falls and the Strawberry Park hot springs. And don't forget that the gorgeous Rocky Mountain National Park and Dinosaur National Monument are only a drive away!
When we first visited Steamboat, we fell in love with the skiing and also discovered horse riding, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, Fish Creek falls, and a must-do is the romantic secluded Strawberry Park Hot Springs just outside of town.

Our log cabin has slate tile floors, granite tile counter tops, and hickory cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom. French doors lead you into the bedroom with an Aspen log bed, faux-finished denim walls, and private entrance to the bathroom.
The living room has a stone wall with a gas fireplace, queen-size sleeper sofa, hickory rocking chair, chest, and closet. Dining area has an antique rosewood table with antler chandelier hanging above, looking out sliding doors onto our private deck. Sit out here in our Adirondack chairs made of recycled skis and enjoy the gorgeous view of the valley.
*Direct flights to Hayden/Yampa Valley Airport on United, American, Northwest, and Continental. Otherwise, fly into Denver and enjoy "Automobile" magazine's most beautiful drive on route 40 out of Idaho Springs.

What everyone likes about the loaction is you do not need a car, you are just down the lane from the FREE BUS and shops & Restaurants. COME & SKI OUR FAMOUS CHAMPANE POWDER..... We have been skiing in Steamboat for many years and love our places so much that we wanted to share them with others when we were not there. Steamboat holds a special place in our hearts which draws us back year after year.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The greatest benefit of staying at one of our condos is that they are slope side. This means you can ski right back to the condo, you can walk down to the village for dinner, or you can catch the local free bus to go downtown. It is so convenient.

Ali and Rich live in Sarasota, Florida and enjoy Steamboat for summer hiking and winter skiing. Ali is an artist and paints abstract acrylics. Rich enjoys looking after our rentals on Siesta Key, Florida.

Condo is cozy and very comfortable! Clean w/ a great location. Close to hot tub, the mountain, and ski time square. Can't wait to stay again!

We rented the log cabin style unit & it was exactly as described. We had ample bath towels & the unit was well furnished. There is not a lot of natural light in this unit & we found the bed very uncomfortable. We checked in very late & was greeted by wonderful security. You can tell a lot of thought was put into this unit.

We picked the queen sized pillow top mattress because we have one at home and we love it. The Log Cabin condo faces the flat tops area and only receives the direct sunlight in the afternoon which is great for us because like to sit on the balcony in the afternoon after skiing. Thanks for staying with us and hope to have you as our guest again.
