Bring on the powder!! Keystone skiing night lights can be seen from the kitchen! Views are amazing and so is the location. Wood burning fireplace to complete just the right atmosphere!
Walking distance to multiple restaurants. Check out the homemade soups at Kulas, or the smoked BBQ at the Arapahoe Cafe. If a microbrew is your thing, Pug Ryans brewery is literally a frisbee throw away. Free shuttle to ski resorts and outlet mall across the street. Biking, hiking, fishing and boating literally outside the front door. Pool and hottubs for guests only. Private park with lush grass.
The area offers much more than skiing. Wind down by walking to the restaurants and brewery, marina, amphitheatre, park with playground and bike/walking path around Lake Dillon.

Why the Owner Chose Lake Cliffe
You can walk to anything you want to do or ski (via the Summit Shuttle). We particularly wanted to be in this location because of its proximity to most of the ski resorts in Summit like Copper, Keystone, Breckenridge and A-Basin. And also because it is close to all the summer activities. You are more likely to find me mountain biking in the summer, but friends and family like to go shopping down at the outlet mall a few minutes away. Lake Dillon is consistently rated in the top 10 of North American sailing lakes. When you are here, you will see why. With fantastic mountain backdrops all around, every turn provides a great view.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
While the winter season here is amazing, the summers are just as nice if not better. The climate is never too hot and is perfect for about any activity you can think of. At the end of the day, if you are not busy shaking up your own mojito, kick it back at the Tiki bar down at the marina with a Rum Runner or one of Pug Ryans (steak house up the hill and across the street from the condo) microbrews on tap.

My wife and I and Lola with Lake Dillon in the background. We enjoy skiing, mountain biking, hiking and running out the front door. When it slows down at the end of the day, it is relaxing to walk down lakeside to some peace and quiet and just fish from the shore. It is especially spectacular as the sun is setting or when a storm starts rolling in and it chases the sailboats into the marina.
