This gorgeous and huge house on 71st St. is within walking distance of the Atlantic Ocean and is the perfect, mid-town vacation spot for fun in the sun. Private parking for up to 10 vehicles, public transportation only steps away. Fully equipped kitchens, and beautifully decorated.
This house includes four balconies, four decks, two screened-in porches and two large private backyards. Eight bedrooms and three full bathrooms (one with a double shower head and 18 square feet of space!) make this a perfect vacation home. Large dining-living areas with very open floor plan. Outdoor enclosed showers are a bonus along with a large Rubbermaid storage unit for surfboards, strollers etc.
Within 5 blocks, either direction, you'll find: Post Office, Bagels & Buns, World Gym, Shade Shack, Bowling, Ace Hardware, Big Peckers, Car Wash, Mill Outlet, Galaxy Restaurant, Candy Kitchen, House of Pancakes, Seaside Deli, Pizza Hut, Bonfire Restaurant, Dough Roller, Old Pro Golf (w/indoor course too), Rita's, 75th Medical Clinic, Generals Kitchen, House of Chipped Beef and much, much more!
Ocean City, Maryland is the perfect family vacation. So much within walking distance: restaurants, mini golf, swimming, movies, bowling, shelling, kite flying, sunning, castle building and more. The boardwalk is only miles away with famous treats Ocean City is known for: Candy Kitchen, Phillips Seafood, Fisher's Popcorn and Thrasher's Fries just to name a few.
Linens are NOT supplied, nor are toiletries such as soap and toilet paper.
Groups not of legal drinking age be warned!! No alcohol, drugs or parties will be tolerated!! You will be evicted immediately with loss of all monies paid.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Weekly Rates .. $5200-$8000/week plus 10.5% room tax and security deposit.
Nightly rates of 750-850 are available in the off-season only, with
a minimum 2 night stay. Contracts are not confirmed until they are returned
with a deposit of 1/3 of the rental fee, copy of the signer's driver's
license and a list of all guests staying during the rental period.
All signer's must be over the age of 25 years. For senior & college groups, I
need one parent to sign the contract unless everyone in the group is over 25.
Contracts with multiple signers will be rejected.
