This house includes four balconies, four decks, two screened-in porches and two large private backyards. Eight bedrooms and three full bathrooms (one with a double shower head and 18 square feet of space!) make this a perfect vacation home. Large dining-living areas with very open floor plan. Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Weekly Rates .. $5200-$8000/week plus 10.5% room tax and security deposit.
Nightly rates of 750-850 are available in the off-season only, with
a minimum 2 night stay. Contracts are not confirmed until they are returned
with a deposit of 1/3 of the rental fee, copy of the signer's driver's
license and a list of all guests staying during the rental period.
All signer's must be over the age of 25 years. For senior & college groups, I
need one parent to sign the contract unless everyone in the group is over 25.
Contracts with multiple signers will be rejected.

I have used these units to stay in twice. Both houses are very well maintained and cleaned. The rooms are clean and large; as well as the bathrooms. I absolutely love how the two homes connect from the upper bacony areas. These are great places to rent for large groups or families. Plenty of parking too! You will love it! And Jackie is a great person to deal with!! She keeps things simple for you and will work with you!

Hi Jackie....just wanted to send you a short note to let you know how much we enjoyed our family reunion at Dolphin A&B. We especially got a kick out of the Jungle Bathroom! You did a great job in decorating both sides.

We all had an amazing time, and the house was perfect. There was plenty of room and the location couldn't have been better! We loved the kitchen/living room area with the porch...we could all hang out there because it was so open and there was enough space for all sixteen of us. Thanks so much for letting us stay there!
