This home is over 2200 sqaure feet of living space and features four private balconies, some with beautiful oceanviews. Master suite has two king sized beds! There are a total of three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Large dining-living area with very open floor plan. Dining area seats 11.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
SALE: ALL JULY & AUGUST WEEKS 2500!!! Weekly Rates $2000-$3800 plus 10.5% room tax
& security deposit. Nightly rate 300-350 available in the off-season only, w/a
a minimum 2 night stay. Contracts are not confirmed until they are returned
with a deposit of 1/3 of the rental fee, copy of the signer's driver's
license and a list of all guests staying during the rental period.
All signer's must be over the age of 25 years. For senior groups, I
need one parent to sign the contract. Contracts with multiple signers
will be rejected.
