This Victorian cottage is designer decorated for easy beach-side living. Only steps from the beach, the house is set back from the road behind a white picket fence among pine trees and mature landscaping. The first floor has a screened porch, living/dining room and kitchen, full bath and master bedroom. The ajoining rear shed has a half bath and private changing area with outdoor shower. The second floor has three small bedrooms with a rustic open beamed roof (no ceilings).

For those that do not know Drakes Island, it is a great family location with only residential properties and a long sandy beach. An easy 1 minute walk to the beach means less hassle and lots of choices that do not require a car. The Drakes Island clubhouse and playground offers many organized activities for kids of all ages. Bring your bikes to ride along the quiet residential streets. A permanent land bridge makes for easy access to shopping, restaurants, and movies.

Beds	Double Bed: 1 Double on 1st floor & 1 Double on 2nd floor. Twin/Single Bed: 2 of the bedrooms on 2nd floor have 2 single beds in each, the 3rd bedroom on the 2nd floor has 1 single as a pull out trundle under the double bed. Child Bed: A folding roll-away bed is available for the double/single trundle bedroom. There is enough space to have all 3 beds set up at the same time. Convertible Bed: In livingroom there is a double sleeper sofa.
Entertainment	Cable/Satellite TV: 1 TV located in 1st floor living room and 1 TV is in 2nd floor bedroom. Both TV's have the capability to have game systems (ie: XBox, Wii, etc.) plugged into them. We do not have any game systems at the cottage. DVD VCR Video Library: Numerous children's and regular movies. CD Player Stereo System
