There is a private outdoor hot tub which seats 4-6, a tree house and separate kid's playhouse, and large grass lawn area in front of house. Cross country ski or snowshoe in the winter and hike or mountain bike in the summer right out the back door. Beautiful views of the Zirkel Wilderness from the large back log deck. Snowmobiling, horseback riding, water sports rentals all within 1 mile of house. Road is plowed and easily accessible in winter.
The house is charming and spacious log home, fully modern with all the conveniences of home, furnished with antiques, includes an oversized claw-foot tub, wood stove and radiant heat. 1 mile to Steamboat Lake and Pearl Lake, 6 miles to Mt. Zirkel Wilderness Area, 1/2 hour to Steamboat Springs, home of world class skiing, outdoor recreation activities all year round.
