Just across the street is the famed Van Der Meer tennis center. Steps away, use Shipyard's many miles of scenic and lighted pathways.
Grab your beach towels and take a five minute walk to the new Shipyard Beach Club, with restrooms, outdoor showers, changing rooms, and a deck which has access to endless miles of Beach. If you prefer, take a few steps to the shared community pool.
Enjoy our large, private wrap-around deck with covered porch, patio furniture, gas grill and a great view of the golf course, palm trees and live oak. The recently remodeled living room has a pull out sofa and entertainment center with a DVD player. The 2 double glass doorways provide easy access to the patio. The new dining room set has seating for 6. A DVD/reading room has been added to enjoy a stocked DVD collection or watch cable TV.
The fully equipped kitchen has all of the conveniences of home plus a breakfast nook. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, both with a VCR and TV. Take a short walk to the four star Crowne Plaza Hotel for a fine dining experience. Within 2 miles are Coligny Plaza and Beach Market for entertainment, restaurants, unique shops and grocery supplies. The townhouse was in great condition, clean and we got exactly what the description said. "The Greens" community is really well maintained and close to the beach. Nice end unit with sliding glass doors on two sides of living space looking out on the golfcourse. Kitchen was well equiped. Nicely furnished. The owners were very prompt with communications. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Loved the bike paths, we rode every day!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
