Just across the street is the famed Van Der Meer tennis center. Steps away, use Shipyard's many miles of scenic and lighted pathways.
Grab your beach towels and take a five minute walk to the new Shipyard Beach Club, with restrooms, outdoor showers, changing rooms, and a deck which has access to endless miles of Beach. If you prefer, take a few steps to the shared community pool.
Enjoy our large, private wrap-around deck with covered porch, patio furniture, gas grill and a great view of the golf course, palm trees and live oak.
