Do you prefer the beach, a pool or a serenely spectacular water view? Our house is the perfect vacation home for you, regardless of your choice! From sunrise to nightfall, you can relax on our screened-in porch and enjoy watching boaters and birds, as they frolic in the White Creek and the Indian River Bay. Our beautifully furnished 4 bedroom 4 bath condo is located in the desirable Pointe section of Bethany Bay. The Bethany Bay community has it's own private pool and hot tub, and we are just a short ride to the beautiful Delaware beaches.
If golf is your passion, Bethany Bay has it's own well kept, fun, executive par three, nine hole course and we are a stone’s throw from several superior eighteen hole courses. There are tennis courts, basketball courts and our community is perfect for casual bike riding. In addition, the community center has a fitness center that is available for your use.
Fabulous water views can be seen from every seat in our beautiful and comfortable living room, as well as from two of the four bedrooms. The living room and all four bedrooms have color cable televisions. There are two DVD players, two VCRs and a stereo with CD player.
The entry level includes the living room with fireplace, fully equipped, eat-in kitchen, one king master bedroom with en suite bath, and a second bedroom furnished with two twin beds and second full bath. Upstairs is the master bedroom suite furnished with king bed and double sleeper sofa and another spacious bedroom with a queen size bed. Both upstairs bedrooms have en suite baths.
No smoking and no pets are allowed on property.
