We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The sleeping accomodations are 2-queens, 1-full, 2-twins, 1-futon, and I think one of the couches pulls out. The view is fabulous in the morning and sunset. Long shorline, fishing, WiFi, Satellite, full kitchen, outdoor deck and grill, garage, huge living room, dinette. Very quiet and cozy. Very spacious 2000 sq.ft. Pets are considered. Donna, the owner, stays in a unit below the property. Frankly, you don't even know she is there unless you need her, then she is more then helpful to provide information about the village, the town, and sightseeing. This property is very close to the community center which has workout facitlity, indoor lap pool, sauna, etc for just $9 per day. The town of Hot Springs is just 20 minutes down the road, and beautiful Lake Ouchita State Park is also about 20-25 drive from the village. There are a lot of properties to choose from in the village. I can assure you that this is a wonderful property with all that Hot Springs Village has to offer. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did. PS - the jacuzzi tub in the Master was sublime after a long day of hiking!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My family and I celebrated my parents 50th Anniversary on this property and had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the canoe and paddle boat and there is a point down by the dock where you can sit in the shade and relax and take in the beautiful scenery. We had 10 adults in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone.Owner response: The Dabbs were wonderful guests as are all of my guests. I'm so happy I was able to help to make their anniversary a memorable one.
