The condo has an open floorplan with new furnishings throughout. There is a direct gulf view from dining room, breakfast bar, kitchen and living room. Unobstructed view of the sunset is available from the fifth floor private balcony. The master bedroom suite has king size bed, full bath, walk-in closet and dressing room. The living room includes a queen size sleeper sofa. Our unit also has a full size washer and dryer.
The property is located within easy walking distance of a variety of restaurants, retail shops, grocery and drug store. The Pier Park Plaza in only one quarter of a mile. Hombre Golf Course is only 3 minutes away. Amenities include full size pool and hot tub, located on the sun deck.

Enjoyed our stay during my grandson's fall break from school. The condo was beautifully decorated. We had a relaxing stay. We will return for another visit if it can be scheduled. My grandson in 13 and he enjoyed nearby jet skiing, riding a six seat golf cart and going to Pier Park.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with teenagers.
