We spent two full weeks in this condo and enjoyed immensely. Vicky greeted us upon our arrival and provided information for all our needs. Everything was clean and inviting. No need to bring anything but your clothes. Linens, towels, paper products, some toiletries and cleaning supplies were all provided. There was nothing we were in need of. The beds are extremely comfortable and the area is quiet. The pools and grounds were well cared for and the staff very friendly. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a convenient and relaxing stay. Located right off the highway made our house hunting simple. Vicky was always just a phone call away. Baskets were filled with information to make our stay even better - found lots to visit with timely brochures.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The property is well cared for, has all the appliances that you could need and all in working order and clean. Everything functioned very well. We have stayed there before, and will return again. Each time the property has been clean and everything functioned well. Even though I was there for business, it was nice have a clean comfortable place to return to at the end of the day. Plenty of amenities (pool, tennis courts, basketball court) to help relax with on the weekends. I highly recommend it.

Vicki (condo owner) lives in complex and is a very congenial individual. She really wants you to enjoy your stay in her unit and is willing to do what she can so you do. PLUSES: Conveniently located, close to highways #60 and #101 and #10 and airport. Close to restaurants, super Walmart, Costco, Walgreen, and super market; a gated complex with good security, two pools (one heated with whirlpool), two tennis courts, (4) gazebos, and two barb-e-cues. A two bedroom, two bath unit with covered parking adjacent to rear of unit. Unit has (2) flat screen TV’s, tape/DVD players and music center, as well as wireless and AOL DSL Internet. The use of a computer and printer is included. It is full of small electrical appliances. MINUSES: Unit needs a good cleaning and attention to deficiencies: shag carpeting was dirty and spotted. One of the sofa’s recliners did not work. Southwestern motif (if you like it) included many leafy, artificial, small and large, treelike plants that have collected dust over time and are hard to keep clean. Dining room table’s construction is such that it is very difficult to move for dining purposes. Kitchen is well equipped with every conceivable item; however, a few small electrical appliances were neglected and either did not work or were dirty (one was replaced and the other cleaned within 48 hours). Electric stove top burners were all “off” level. Refrigerator had cracked shelf and ill fitting crisper bins. Second bedroom had “high”, 32-34 inch four poster bed; not conducive to short individuals, or those with bad knees or hips. The unit is not handicap friendly and should not be advertized as such; tubs/showers (2) are normal size, without handicap grab bars. It would be very difficult, if not impossible, to move from living room to bedroom/bathroom area using a wheelchair or possibly, even a walker. Hauling luggage is rather tedious, along a pathway with 10 steps involved; or solved by passing luggage through a high kitchen window, near one’s auto. SUMMARY It is a great location, and basically could be a very adequate unit, if deficiencies were corrected, for the right renter(s). Suggest you may wish to call to see if carpet has been cleaned and spots treated; and if other deficiencies have been corrected since March 17, 2012.

We spent 3 wks in Feb./10. The accomodation is very well equipped. The apartment is quiet. The location is close to all amenities. We enjoyed the pools and tennis court (could be resurfaced). Vicki is very friendly and helpful. We would consider returning. Thanks Vicki.

We stayed here in February 2010. It was very close to everything and enjoyed the great weather. There are only a couple things that I would like changed before I would stay again. Ditch the dial-up internet. With cox cable and phone it should not be a problem to hook up to high speed. I know the other condo you own has high speed. Also a tv in the master bedroom and get rid of the ceiling mirror. Vicki was great to work with and responded immediately to anything we needed. One problem that was not her doing was the fact the the heated pool was never heated. Management issues that she had nothing to do with. Thanks for a great first experience in Mesa

We had a great experience here! Vicki is incredibly accommodating and the condo was just right. The two bedrooms with big beds, two bathrooms and two high-definition TVs make this ideal for two couples. The condo is cozy and has more kitchen appliances than most houses! The brand new washer and dryer and other features make it easy to feel like you're at home the instant you walk in the door. There is a jacuzi, two shared pools, squash and tennis court within the complex. The location is great - walking distance to good restaurants, bus stop near by, SuperWalmart and grocery store within a five minute drive, and only a $35 cab ride from the airport. It is also very close to Gilbert and Chandler. Vicki is great and we had no problems with payment. I would recommend this place to anyone. If you need a convenient, reliable location in the east Phoenix metro area, this is for you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your condo the week of Nov. 11 to Nov. 17, 2008. It was a perfect solution for housing while we were visiting family. We had the occasion to be in the Phoenix area the first week of November. My wife and I were traveling with another couple. In searching for places to stay, I found Vicki and her lovely condo. What a great surprise when we arrived; Vicki is a very nice, accomodating lady and the condo. was terrific. It was beautifully decorated in Southwest decor, and was perfect for our two couples. Vicki was great to deal with and everything was exactly as represented. We will definitely return in the future.

We stayed a week at this property and were delighted with the accommodations. It was close to lots of activities and the highway system. It was quiet and peaceful and the decor was beautiful. We enjoyed the time there and definitely would rent again next time we visit the area. Vicki was extremely cordial and helpful. It was our first vacation rental and she helped make it a great experience.

The Southwest decor throughout the home made it appropriate for our visit to the Southwest, especially the 18 mirrors that enhanced the decor of the condominium. (We just had to count them) The owner was very pleasant and prompt with the reservation process and housing instructions. All the kitchen items were available for all of our food preparation needs, coffe makers, toaster even napkins and paper towels. There were two major storms causing some minor mud sliding but the area around the pools and sidewalks and the pools were cleaned quickly. The pool and jacuzzi areas were very comfortable. The location was central to restaurants etc. with access near route 60, a major highway, from the airport and city. The 2 Hi-Defination TV's were a plus as were the computer and music player. This, by far, is a better accommodation than a hotel/motel arrangement. The two bedrooms, two baths and full functioning kitchen with seperate dining area cannot be matched by an ordinary hotel room. All this at a lower price than a motel room. I say thanks to the owners for provided us such a nice place while we were away from home.

Hello!! We stayed in this wonderful condo from March 29 thru to April 5th and it was the most enjoyable experience!!!. The condo was fantastically furnished with a real southwester feel. It was very conveniently located to all major amenities. Way better than a hotel!! I would definitely stay there again. Our host was most amazing and took very very good care of us. October 2007 Had a wonderful time. The condo is so well equipped that you do not need to bring anything. Very comfortable beds and so convenient to the freeway. Would recommend it to anyone for an enjoyable stay in Arizona. It was cheaper than staying in a hotel and so much nicer. The owner (Vicki) couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Will definitely stay again if we get back to Phoenix.

This condo is much more than I ever expected. It is better equipped than most houses. There isn't anything more you could ask for. We traveled over 3,000 miles of AZ. so we did not take advantage of all the appliances in the kitchen, but the beds alone are worth the money. If I am ever in this area again, I would definitely want to stay here again. Thanks Vicki, Your condo is 5*/star.

Earlier this summer, we were fortunate enough to find this rental on the internet. We required accommodations while assisting our dear friends with hospice. With all the comforts in this condo, we really felt like we were in a "home away from home" and the owners were most helpful and understanding about our requests to have to extend from our original reservation. The kitchen is very well equipped - I had everything I needed for meal preparation, including spices & condiments. The proximity to a top quality supermarket was a real asset as we had time-constrained days and nights. The beds are very comfortable and the linens are of top quality. Having use of both the computer and printer was a plus. Being so close to freeways, as well as interior city streets, was very easy for our commuting. So, do not pass this one up -- you will be very comfortable and safe in this home away from home. Thank you Vicky.

This condo was well presented on the Internet. Our stay here was so comfortable that it felt like home! The unit is well-appointed with all of the creature comforts: plasma screen tvs, Tempur-Pedic mattresses, full kitchen, washer & dryer, etc. Also, you can't beat the price compared to other condos in the Mesa area! Not only that, but Vicky is such a great hostess! Bottom line, we will definitely consider staying here again whenever we're back in AZ. Cheers!

12-30-06: The condo was very comfortable and we were very happy with everything. We especially enjoyed the singing monkey, the TVs and the Internet. Everything was very nice. Vicki went above and beyond to make sure the condo was welcoming and comfortable. Clean, tastefully decorated, and the beds were extremely comfortable, too. What a beautiful place!
