Our condo is a great value for your north Tahoe vacation. The open floor-plan is filled with natural light, new furniture, new floors and carpet make this condo a contemporary and comfortable place to spend your vacation.
This end unit offers two balconies looking onto trees and mountains. The living room offers plenty of seating, cable TV, DVD and VHS player. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need to make either a gourmet or quick meal. Master suite offers a private balcony, walk-in closet, bathroom with bathtub, TV with cable and a queen bed. The other downstairs bedroom has 2 twin size beds and is connected to a bathroom with bathtub. The upstairs loft is private with a queen bed and full bathroom. Independent thermostats in every room ensure that everyone is comfortable.
Our condo is located less than a mile from Raley's (fantastic grocery store that has an amazing selection of everything - frozen, pre-made, fresh produce, organic products), Starbucks, Movie Theater, hospital, gift shops, public library and many restaurant options (amazing Pizza, Chinese, Thai, Sports Bar, BBQ, Mexican). Step out the door onto the great walking paths throughout Incline Village and you can walk to go grab a bite to eat, a movie or a mocha in the morning. Just a few minutes away from private beaches, the Hyatt Grand Lodge and Casino (1 1/2 miles, always fun, a very nice casino) and the Incline Recreation Center.
Our roadways are quickly cleared in the winter months, and Diamond Peak, Mount Rose and cross-country ski areas are close-by for more winter fun. North Star, Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Sugar Bowl and Heavenly Ski areas are all within short driving distances.
We are also fortunate to have two world-renowned golf courses right here in Incline, The Championship and Mountain Courses. We have the Shakespeare Festival at Sand Harbor, Hot August Nights and Air Show in Reno, Classic Car Shows, Art, Wine and Jazz Festivals and so much more!
You will find a wide variety of fine restaurants for both elegant and casual dining. Live headliner entertainment and gaming are at nearby casinos, as well as the new Stillwater Spa at the Hyatt Grand Lodge.
