Come and vacation in luxury at one of North Myrtle Beach's finest vacation resorts, which opened in June 2004. This popular two tower, luxury, oceanfront building, located in the Crescent Beach area, offers a 200 foot lazy river, 110 foot oceanfront pool, indoor pool heated in winter, kiddie pool, 2 oversized oceanfront hot tubs and a exercise and fitness room.
The building has been wired for high speed internet and there is a LAN connection in the unit. All this and more can be found on the beautiful beach of this year round family resort town, just footsteps from the ocean. There is plenty to enjoy in all seasons.
Our gorgeous home away from home is a spacious 1800 plus square foot, four bedroom, three bath oceanfront end unit on the third floor of the North Tower, overlooking the lazy river. We have a fully equipped upgraded kitchen with a pantry, built-in microwave, radiant stovetop oven, breakfast bar, granite counter tops and cermanic tile floors.
There is a separate dining area with a side oceanview and the living room, with it's oceanfront views, has sliding glass doors that lead to a 27 foot oceanfront balcony. The balcony has six chairs and a round table, where you can relax while enjoying the ocean breeze and listening to the sounds of the ocean. There is a 32-inch television in the living room.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, a private bath with a whirlpool garden tub, separate shower and a double sink. There is a sliding glass door that leads to the oceanfront balcony, where you can take in the spectacular sunrises and sunsets. The second bedroom has a king and in the third bedroom, there are two queens. These two rooms have a bathroom that connects them. The fourth bedroom has two queens.
Each bedroom has its own television and a DVD/VCR combo unit. The master bedroom has a 30-inch flat screen LCD TV. There are also ceiling fans in the master bedroom, the living room and the dining room. All of the bathrooms have granite countertops, with plenty of cabinet space and cermanic tile floors.
We have a laundry room with a king sized washer and dryer in the kitchen area for your convenience. There is plenty of closet space throughout the condo to meet your storage needs. The covered, multi-level parking garage is across the street. Motorcycles, Trailers, RVs and boats are not allowed. Pets are not allowed on the property. There is absolutely no smoking allowed anywhere in the unit, including the balcony.
We are close to Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row, and a short drive to Broadway at the Beach and many other wonderful Myrtle Beach attractions. We are about 25 minutes from the new Hard Rock Theme Park set to open in May, 2008. We are about 30 minutes from the Myrtle Beach airport. There are many fun things for all ages to enjoy.
Rentals are on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday) only from May 31st, 2008 to August 30th, 2008. Minimum stay is two nights at all other times. Each request other than a weekly basis will be reviewed and accepted at the owner's discretion (Holidays, personal use, etc). Arrival is anytime after 3:00pm. Departure time is at or before 10:00am.
