The 100 building at Eastern Shores opened March 2008 after a major renovation after Hurricane Dennis. Eastern Shores is a 24 unit condo development located at 595 Eastern Lake Rd, Seagrove Beach 32459, two miles east of Seaside at the end of Eastern Lake Road. The unit faces directly on the white sandy beach. This property is off the beaten path and provides a quiet family setting just west the outlet to Eastern Lake shown in the photos. I own unit 109 the top west corner unit in the 100 building. This unit has a queen bed, queen sofa sleeper, and a hall bunk with a flat screen TV, and a curtain for privacy, perfect for kids. Next to the hall bunks is a half bath, and in the bedroom is a half bath with a closet. Each half bath has a toilet and sink. Between the 2 half baths is a room with a large tub/shower and the washer/dryer, making this a one and a half bath unit. All of these areas are interconnecetd but close off for complete privacy.

My unit is fully furnished and immaculately maintained and available from the owner at a considerable savings. No Pets Please. I am an original owner at Eastern Shores since 1983 when the property was constucted. This is also a non-smoking unit.

Located right on the Beach looking right at the emerald water and sugar white sand, Unit include Phone, Air Conditioning (of course it's Florida!), Charcoal BBQ grills outside, The unit has cable TV & VCR, and faces directly on the beach, No Pets permitted, I love my dogs but it just does not work in beach rental property.
