The 100 building at Eastern Shores opend March 2008 after a major renovation. Eastern Shores is a 24 unit condo development located at 595 Eastern Lake Rd, Seagrove Beach 32459, two miles east of Seaside at the end of Eastern Lake Road. All units face directly on the beach. This property is off the beaten path and provides a quiet family setting just west the Outlet to Eastern Lake. The side by side one and two bedroom units are on the third floor of the 100 building and are fully furnished including cable with HBO, full kitchens, washers and dryers, and sleep up to 8 with sleeper sofas and build-in hall bunks. We closed the 100 building in 2005 to repair damage from Hurricane Dennis, and will be open in March 2008 with a property that will be in like-new condition, both the exterior of the property and the interior of the units.
The Duplex (actually a four-plex) is located at 73 Chives Lane, Seagrove Beach, 32459, and is the two units on the west side of this four-plex and is located just east of the Eastern Lake Outlet on Chivas Lane. Both units are two bedroom, two bath, surrounded by wood decking with a boardwalk leading right to the sand.
The Duplex has full kitchens, washers/dryers, linens, phone and cable TV. The Duplex is located three miles east of Seaside and both units can be rented as a four bedroom.
All units are fully furnished and immaculately maintained and available from the owner at a considerable savings. No Pets allowed. All units are directly on the beach with a total unobstructed views of the Gulf.
The Gulf-Front Duplex - two units can be rented together as a four bedroom, four bath. The Side by Side Eastern Shores Condos can be rented together as a three bedroom, three bath.

Located right on the Beach looking right at the emerald water and sugar white sand, Units include phone, Air Conditioning (of coarse), Charcoal BBQ, All units have cable TV & VCR's, and Face directly on the beach, No Pets permitted, I love my dogs but it just does not work in beach rental property.
