This can be your home for a wonderful stay in South Lake Tahoe! It is completely remodeled, updated, and set up for your every comfort and enjoyment. To balance your adventure-filled South Lake Tahoe days, your home comes with an updated kitchen that a chef would delight in, great entertainment possibilities in the form of high speed WiFi Internet, a stereo with an iPod dock, cable television with HBO and Cinemax, Play Station 2 with various games, 3 televisions (living room, upstairs master bedroom, and downstairs bedroom), 2 DVD/VHS players, and an easy to use gas fireplace to instantly make your home warm, cozy and inviting. The home is also ideal for families, as it comes with a playroom filled with children's books and toys, a high chair, a Pac-N-Play crib, children's videos, and interior decor with no breakable items within easy reach of little, searching hands! Our beds are also very comfortable, with the two larger beds having firm mattresses with soft eggshell pads on top. Well laid out, two bedrooms upstairs (a beautiful master bedroom with a king-sized bed and second bedroom with a queen-sized bed), one downstairs (3 twins total that includes a twin sized-bed and a twin-sized bunk bed), and a central bathroom on both floors. Had a great long weekend. House was perfect for my family of 4 and friend and his daughter. Kids loved the play room and all the toys-games. Everything we needed was there. Kitchen was well equipped and we did do some cooking. Property is well maintained. Location was also perfect. Close to skiing- shedding , lake. Restaurants, Safeway, shops etc.all close by. Stayed there with some co-workers for the weekend. It didn't seem that anything was more than about 5 minutes away from the house. Close to Heavenly, Casinos, Ski Rentals, Grocery store, and many restaurants. Keycode on the door means you don't have to worry about losing keys which is a huge plus! Owner very easy to work with, I would highly recommend!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for the adults and kids. Loved the playroom with lots of toys and books and the large backyard. Kitchen was great for cooking. We plan to stay there again next year.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We (three adults) stayed in this house for one week in skiing vacation. The location is next to Heavenly (5 min with the car) and near to several other skiing areas. Perfect to choose a skiing spot every morning according to weather and snow conditions. The house is very nice and in a good condition. The kitchen is perfect and appointed with all stuff needed. The owner is very friendly and contact with e-mail was very easy. Altogether it is a place to visit again.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Very nice place for a vacation in beautiful south Lake Tahoe. All the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The house is in a great location for Heavenly or heading to the south Lake Tahoe restaurants and casinos. There is also plenty of room to relax and enjoy time at the house, and it is in a peaceful neighborhood. Owner is very organized and provides quick response to any inquiries.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

This is a warm and cozy place and is perfect for a small group of 5-6 people. The kids room is cute and any family with small kids will have a good time here. The bathrooms and kitchen are remodeled and are nicely done too.Recommended for: Families with young children.

We stayed at this place for a week in January in a Ski vacation. We found the place to be very clean, very well kept, at a great location, and at a great price.In the past we've stayed at places that excel at one or two of those aspects, but not all. I would highly recommend it for a family vacation in the South Tahoe area.Recommended for: Families with young children.

My father and I rented this house for 2 days to go hiking in Lake Tahoe and it turned out to be a great base in South Lake Tahoe. It's centrally located with all needed shops and restaurants very close by. The house is well equipped (special kudos to the refurbished kitchen) and very comfortable. We had two great days at this location and would definitely rent it again in the future.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

We loved our stay there. The house is very well equipped and well maintained. Owner is responsive. Other pluses: wii, DVDs/videos, books for kids, fireplace, enough table/counter space, very nice and bright kitchen, nice big yeard, nicely remodeled baths, quiet, clean!! Will definitely go back again.
