It is located in Discovery Hills, which is one if the premier neighborhoods in Summerlin, and nestles among million dollar properties. Just as the old saying goes, location, location, location! That is the key when renting a home in Las Vegas. We are only ½ mile from the 215 freeway and it’s a straight shot to and from the airport, and to the South end of the strip. There are so many local restaurants, shopping and sightseeing within a five mile radius! For your convenience, we have provided a three-ring binder with nearby attraction info and map-quested directions to most everywhere you want to be! 3500 sq. ft. of designer luxury with 30 ft. vaulted ceilings. A beautiful open floor plan for uninterrupted entertaining throughout your visit. Upon entering, you will be greeted by our Las Vegas Room with regulation size 8’ Pool Table; professionally installed and leveled with Table Tennis and Air Hockey. 32” LCD Flat Screen Cable TV that is custom mounted for players and spectators to enjoy! Large leather lounge chairs with ottomans and a beautiful bar with bar stools, and to top it off original canvas artwork signed by Ralph Burch.
Next you walk into the open and fully stocked gourmet kitchen, dining area and living room. There is extensive use of granite throughout all kitchen surfaces. The center island is complete with double stainless sinks and four barstools. A cook top gas range and wall over, double door fridge with icemaker and dishwasher included. The dining area is beautifully decorated with seating for six. The kitchen comes completely furnished with cookware, serve ware, appliances, spices, etc. Just bring your food! (Directions to the grocery store are provided too!)
Besides the utmost in luxury and comfort, the living room features a warm gas fireplace for the few chilly months we have here. Above, a custom wall mounted 42” 1080i, HD Plasma that has been professionally calibrated. Simply stated, the very best picture and color you can achieve in a TV today. The system also incorporates HD/DVD and Stereo simulated out of a simulated 5.1 surround sound system. A sliding glass door leads you to the serene, tranquil park-like surroundings that invite you to a level of relaxation beyond your wildest dreams. Pay close attention and you may even catch a glimpse of humming birds and the desert gecko which are indigenous here in Vegas. It is very calming after a fun-filled day in Vegas.
Named the Bellagio Suite, the master is located on the first floor for added privacy during your stay. Greeted by a French door entry that opens to a massive four post king (plush pillow top) that weighs over 1200lbs. With designer bedding and 800 threads count sheets. Completing the bedroom set is an Armoire with a 26” LCD Cable TV/DVD, tall dresser, two marble topped night stands and a large leather bench beneath the windows, overlooking the beautiful backyard.
The adjoining master bath has double sinks with vanity area, private commode, luxurious roman bath and separate shower. Full length mirrored doors open to an oversized walk-in closet with suit case racks.
Over looking the entire downstairs area, our large Loft features floor to ceiling built in entertainment center with a 42” projection TV, Play station 2/DVD Player, and two controllers. (Bring your favorite games!) Kick back in the super comfy video loungers or two futons that convert into full beds. The ottomans are stored with extra linens, and may be converted into snack trays.
For the business traveler, the loft also has a computer desk; Brand new HP desktop with Windows XP, high-speed internet, and a 4 in 1 printer, fax, scanner, copier.
There is also a piyo (Pilates/yoga) space in the back of the loft by the large picture window overlooking the serenity of the lush backyard.
Down the hall, you’ll find a full bath and three additional bedrooms, all with walk-in closets. The “Hollywood Suite” features a plush pillow top queen bed, vanity with mirror, and an LCD Cable TV and DVD player atop dresser. Adorned with nostalgic photos of old Vegas and Hollywood.
The second bedroom has two push full beds, matching dressers and has beautiful mountain views. Last but not least, the third bedroom has a solid oak twin over full bunk with matching furniture. All bedding is 600 thread-counts!
Our home was designed specifically for vacation rental and we have your best interest in mind. We have a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing in the laundry room with access to the three car garage. The pictures do not do this home justice!
