Beautifully decorated new home (3000 square feet + double garage) in forested area two blocks from National Park and minutes from Sol Vista/Winter Park, Snowmobile/ATV trailhead (ride from our house) Grand Lake, Shadow Mountain Lake, Granby Reservoir. SMALL GROUP? Ask about special rates.

Living room upstairs with fireplace, beautiful views and easy access to a balcony. Master Bedroom with king, second bedroom with queen, two baths, living room, kitchen/dining area. Downstairs has a large family room with a wetbar, small refrigerator and dishwasher that is a great get-away for children or for separation for two families sharing a vacation. Main downstairs bedroom is a double bed and private bath. Fourth bedroom is the Bunk Room (sleeps 6) with two bunkbeds (singles on the tops and double beds on the bottom). Second bathroom on lower level, washer/dryer, patio.

Enjoy lake and ice fishing, boating, swimming, hunting, ATVing, snowmobile groomed trails or hike Rocky Mountain. National Park, rent sailboats/pontoons, fly fish Colo. River, white water rafting, Grand Lake Golf Course, horseback riding, miniature golf, Cross Country Ski Touring Center, tubing, family ski Sol Vista or travel 35 minutes to Winter Park, repertory theatre, 4th of July fireworks, drive Trail Ridge Road to view moose/deer/elk/big horn sheep, enjoy fall's aspen colors.
