  Great rental, close to Grand Lake (2-3 minutes). House is everything the pictures show, very clean, nice furnishing and well stocked kitchen just in case you forget something. Fairly secluded on a blactop road with a view of the Lake and wildlife roaming the neighborhood. Grand Lake has some small grocery stores that are well stocked and several local eating places. For a great view and food make sure you visit the Grand Lake Lodge.

  A group of us (4 couples) stayed here to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The cabin was clean, very large, and worked out well for our group. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The wet bar was a great place to hang out at. The kitchen upstairs worked out well and accommodated all of us comfortably for breakfast and dinners. We were fortunate to even see a moose across the street one morning while having coffee. This cabin was perfect for our stay and we will definitely be back!

  We had 16 people and enough beds. Big family room was a favorite with the kids, as was the Foosball table and all the movies and games. Adults had a quiet area in the living room to visit. Plenty of plates and silverware to feed our group and the kitchen had everything we needed. Appreciated the 4 bathrooms for our large group. Rented pontoon for fishing at nearby lake. Had a blast! Plan on returning again next year. Thank you, Sharon.

  We had a great vacation, Thanks to Sharon. She was so helpful from the first phone call we made with interest of renting her cabin. She had so much knowledge about the area and very accommodating with any requests. There were 13 people in our group, 4 families, 6 adults & 7 children. The house was spacious and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The kitchen was user friendly & well stocked with table settings, utensils, spices anything you would need to prepare meals. Grand Lake was awesome great hiking, horse back riding, lots of wildlife, peaceful, watching the sun rise over the Rockies, Trail ridge road was beautiful.

  This was the first time to use vacation rental and we did not know what to do. But Sharon was so kind from the beginning to the end. We had a small wedding at the Point Park and had a family's gathering at the house. We had a wonderful time. It is a great and beautiful house! The house has everything we needed and planty of room for 14 people included 2 kids. We would love to go back again.

  We chose this home for our summer trip to Grand Lake to see our son perform at the Rocky Mountain Repertory Theatre. We found the proximity to Grand Lake and the Rocky Mountain National Park worked perfectly. Enjoyed the tranquility of the home's location as well. The home is warm, comfortable, clean and inviting!

  We had 6 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of room for all of us. The bedrooms were great and having 4 baths was wonderful. Everything in the house was good quality and the house was well stocked . The only thing we would have like was a little more room on the patio and maybe a better view of the lake. All in all, we had a great time and would return another time.

  We really enjoyed our visit. The beds, linens and towels were really comfortable (something I am always concerned about with vacation rentals) and I really appreciated the well supplied and modern kitchen. Tons of current movies for DVD. Made the visit comfortable, fun and easy. Lots of space and 4 bathrooms makes it easy for a large group. Garage is very large if you have toys to store during visit. The location was great! Close lake access and access to the 4x4/snowmobile trails was very convenient. Owner was responsive, friendly, provided great info and was easy to work with.

  We enjoyed this place very much, almost new house, well equipped, convenient location (near the rocky national park and the city), most of all very reasonable price compare to the size and quality of the house. And the last, easy to find the place. Thank you again.
