Living room looking out towards the lanai (main bedroorm is to the right) - Kihei Vacation Condo Rental The Banyan is in Kihei on the "Sunny Side of Maui", with sunny days and nice tropical breezes in the evening. This condo unit is very versatile as far as accomodations go, it gives you three rental options to chose from. Option #1(Combined Unit)has 2 bedrooms/2 baths (sleeps up to 6). It has two private bedrooms, one has a queen size bed, and its own slider going out to the lanai. The other bedroom has twin beds and its own private bath and lanai. The livingroom has a sleeper sofa. The unit has a fully equiped kitchen and has a washer and dyer. The livingroom has a slider which goes out to the main lanai. Option #2(Main Unit) This very spacious 1 bedroom/1 bath (sleeps 4). The bedroom has a queen bed and private lanai and the livingroom has a sleeper sofa. The unit has a fully equiped kitchen and has a washer and dryer. Option #3 (Hotel Unit) This 1 bedroom/ 1 bath (sleeps 2). This room is like a deluxe hotel with your own cable TV, compact refrigerator, microwave and coffeepot. It also has a slider that goes onto your own private lanai. This complete condo unit is located on the ground floor with a garden view. It is in the middle of the 1st building in the complex. The building is the nearest to the beach, shops and restaurants. If you have children it is safe because of the ground floor, and only two minutes from the beach. This makes it very nice to carry all your family beach items and coolers. If you don't have children but you just want to be a short walk to everything this is an excellent location. The Kamaole beach/park II is great, with swaying palms on the picnic grounds with grills and tables nearby. Then at the shore you have beautiful golden color sand inviting you to do whatever you like to do at the beach. If you like to walk/jog the shore there is plenty of shore line to do it. You have Kamole Beach I to the north and Kamaole Beach III to the south. The three beaches are split by beautiful lava rocks,which go from the sandy beaches into the ocean which makes up some of the reef,this is a great place to snorkel and see may exotic fish and maybe an occasional sea turtle. Just a 3 minute drive to the south is the well known town of Wailea. Here you will find elegant dining, elite shopping, nice beaches and renown championship golf courses. This a great attraction to have so close to the condominium.
