Suitability
Pet Friendly: Pets may be allowed with a security deposit. There are other dogs near the property, so dogs and cats need to be "pet friendly" as well, and kept on a leash.
Not Suitable for Children: This property is not suitible for younger children because of the style of the balcony railings, and because the swimming pool is not fenced.
Minimum Age Limit for Renters: The Units are on a hillside with private pools as an integral part of the interior. Property is not generally "Kid Safe" and children would need to be monitored very carefully. The area is generally more suited for adult vacationing.
