Price includes wireless high-speed internet, gas, electric, cable t.v, bottled water, weekly maid service and tax, there are no additional charges.

1 block to the lake front boardwalk and 2 short blocks to the plaza, church and shopping, in the heart of Chapala's historic district.

Our apartments are located on a quiet, safe and paved street. The 2 first floor apartments are designed for wheelchair use with 36" doors and extra large bathrooms.
