From the initial phone call to our check getting lost in the mail, Gerry was great. When we got to our room, it was spotless, roomy and fabulous. The entire hotel was the same way. We went to the water-park which was just a walk acrosss the parking lot. Another plus. We could not have asked for a better place to stay for a fun, fabulous weekend. Thanks Gery !!!!!

From initial phone call to lost check in the mail, Gerry was a dream to work with. The hotel was spotless and people extremely friendly. Our room was better than expected. It was immaculate, spacious and had everything. The hotel is a walk across the parking lot from the waterpark which was great. On a side note, we have a 13 and 14 year-old boys and the waterpark was a huge hit! The best part of planning this trip was dealing with Gerry. He was always friendly and quick to get back to me. Would stay again in a minute! Thanks Gerry!

Stayed in the 2BR for a week. Plenty of room for 8 people. Location over looking pool and mountain was fantastic. Walk out the door and ski! Gerry was very responsive to all questions. I recommend staying here.

The one bedroom unit was beautiful and had a great view of the mountain! The unit and hotel were very clean and well maintained. The place seemed almost new! The pool, hot tub and sauna offered great relaxation after a day of skiing. This is a great place to take kids to learn to ski! The mountain offers the best beginners package I have seen...and no stress because you are right there! Thanks...we'll be back!

The stay at the 2 bedroom unit was wonderful. My friends and I loved it there. Everything was spacious and everything was provided for us. We didn't have to worry about anything. Thanks Gerry for the great rental this past weekend. The 1 bedroom was very spacious and accomodating and the balcony provided great views of the mountains. The location was ideal for visiting the Mountain Creek waterpark next door and we enjoyed riding the Cabriolet to the top of the mountain. We will definitely book this rental again next time we are in the area!

I recently rented the condo during the summer. I had the most wonderful time and found that it was such a relaxing getaway! The condo was beautifully decorated with elements condusive to a mountain getaway. The condo is very spacious for a 1br and has a lovely balcony over looking the pool area and ski slope. Gerry was verry attentive to any questions I had and willing to go the extra mile. I would highly reccomend renting from Gerry again. I will certainly be back once ski season comes!

Hello Jerry! We love Vernon! This is our first time staying in your one bedroom unit at the Appalachian, and we really enjoyed it. The unit is very comfortable and the view is beautiful. We enjoyed watching the mountain bike competition that was going on this weekend. For anyone visiting Vernon, take a short ride into Warwick, NY and you will find the most amazing restaurants (Chrystal Inn is one to try!), shops, and the Warwick Winery is superb for live music, hard cider or wine, and lunch on weekends. Each time we visit Vernon, we find something new. Enjoy!

Thanks Jerry My wife and I stayed at the Appalachian for six week nights over a two-week period in June. Jerry's unit was perfect. The unit was extremely well-maintained and everything we needed was available. My wife and I visited Vernon primarily to play golf and it worked out perfectly. There are six courses at Crystal Springs available to the public and we had no problem scheduling tee times. At the Appalachian especially enjoyed sitting out on the balcony, which overlooks the ski slopes. There was even some wildlife, including a family of bears that we could see in the evening. The swimming pool was great, although we thought it was a bit too hot and the like a warm pool. The area was quiet, but it looked like the waterpark would be a lot of fun for kids. Some of the better restaurants were closed during the week in the summer which somewhat limited our choices. Thanks again to Jerry, the unit was great enjoyed our stay. Art Siegel

Hi Gerry - This was our third year that we stayed in one of your condo's at Mountain Creek. The whole family thoroughly enjoys our vacation at the mountain. It is so convenient to ski in/ski out and have the locker room for storage of equipment. The rooms are always very clean and it is great to have 2large bathrooms in the 2 bedroom unit. Thank you for renting out your condo. It was more than expected. The pictures on your website don't do it justice. The condo was very clean and we enjoyed every minute of it, although the mattress was a little hard for my tastes but everyone is different (a featherbed would be a nice added touch in the future). The view of the mountain was amazing and the luxury of not having to drive was terrific. I expect to stay again in the future. Thanks!

Hi Gerry My experience in your property was great. Your apartment in most that we expected, the view is beautiful, the area is amazing. All that I can tell you is less that we felt. My kids didn't leave the hotel, they want to stay more. I want to confirm something w/ you . Do you have more apartments in this property? How many peoples do you accept in the apartment ? I ask you that because maybe I will travel again this year in the same time w/ my husband's family and I want to work w/ you again. I was pleasantly surprised with this great deal on the internet - Room #324. I have no complaints about the room and the service I have received. Gerry was very professional and easily reachable at all times. The room was spotlessly clean - cleaner than your average hotel room. There's a kitchen w/ marble countertops, dining area, living room with a fireplace, a fantastic view(skiing right outside your window), enormous bathroom w/ 2 showers, bedroom, 2 TV's...it was more than what we were expecting. We adored the room. We definitely recommend and will be coming back.

Gerry, Thank you for being flexible and very honest in representing the two bedroom condo we rented this past week-end. We were eight people and extremely comfortable. The place was clean and had a full kitchen which made it very easy and convenient for us. You are correct in that Mountain Creek is literally behind the condo-that was fantastic! I stayed in Gerry's unit for close to 3 months and the experience was fantastic. The suite is elagantly appointed,the pool and jacuizzi a treat, the deer loping across the ski trails and the occasional sighting of small bears was an extra attraction. Seeing the fireworks on July 4th from my balconey was a surprise.The price was very reasonable, the front desk helpful and the housekeeping service great. My friends and I stayed overnight for a snowboarding trip, and the accomodations were absolutely perfect. The condo is conveniently located just a short walk from the ski lifts, and it was great to be able to turn on a DVD and relax in the cozy living room after a long day of physical activity. I'm definitely looking forward to returning soon!

Stayed overnight on 12/21-12/22. The place looked great! Nice kitchen and very tidy... the hotel also had a laundry room/fitness room, which was really nice. Also, it was VERY conveniently located across the street from Mountain Creek Ski Resort.
