Enjoy the comforts of home in our Big Island vacation condominium located in the Fairway Villas community of the Waikoloa Beach Resort. The Hawaiian Plantation architecture and interior island-style decor set the true ambiance of a vacation in paradise! Wake up to experience the serenity and beauty from our lanai which overlooks the second hole of the championship Waikoloa Beach Golf Course.
The Fairway Villas property provides the peaceful environment of home. Relax by the infinity edge swimming pool and waterfall spa, fitness room, and picnic area with barbecues.
Our three bedroom, three full bath villa is roomy enough for the whole family. It has a fully-equipped modern kitchen with mahogany cabinets, granite counter tops, and stainless-steel appliances including refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, and washer/dryer. Cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, blender, rice maker, and more.
The living room has a flatscreen TV with cable, a DVD/CD player, a cordless telephone with answer machine including unlimited FREE local calling. Sleeping arrangements include one king in the upstairs master bedroom with its own private bath, one queen in the second upstairs bedroom with private bathroom, a queen-size sleeper sofa in the upstairs loft, and two twins in the downstairs bedroom with a bathroom.
Our two story villa is conveniently located just steps away from the only sandy beach in the Waikoloa Beach Resort. On your way, stop by the exclusive Kings shops and Queens Market Place offering restaurants, a food court, souvenir shops, and boutiques. You can also enjoy complimentary Hawaiian crafts each morning and Hawaiian entertainment each evening.
Fairway Villas is ideally located between the Waikoloa Hilton and the Marriott Hotels. At the Hilton, cruise on mahogany water boats on tranquil waterways. You can explore the hotel via air conditioned trams or take a leisurely stroll along flagstone walkways flanked by Asian and Polynesian artwork. While at the Hilton, you can partake in the interactive Dolphin program, enjoy a leisurely day at the Kohala Sports Club and Spa, or enjoy a Hawaiian luau. The Marriott Hotel has just completed a significant remodelling project. Their facility is located on 15 acres of lush tropical greenery. The Marriott offers restaurants and a Hawaiian luau each week.
The scenic Anaeho'omalu Bay (or A-Bay as most people refer to it) offers an afternoon of fun in the sun including kayaking, windsurfing, and snorkeling. Or, take a ride on the Glass Bottom Boat, scuba dive, whale watch, or enjoy a Champagne Sunset Sail. You could also enjoy a tour of the Big Island and/or volcano from a helicopter located across from the entrance to the Waikoloa Beach Resort.
For the golfer's delight, there are two wonderful and challenging courses located within walking distance of our unit. The Waikoloa King's Course is a Tom Weiskopf designed links style course offering stunning views of the towering volcanoes on the Big Island framed by palm trees and vibrant flowers. The Waikoloa Beach Course is a Robert Trent Jones, Jr. designed course that winds through the lava fields along the Kohala coastline. This course is the epitome of the high end resort course.

The wedding was beautiful and your condo was wonderful. We had our two sons with us for one night only, but our late night conversation with the baby on his last night of bachelorhood was serene and heartwarming, thanks to your "almost home" like atmosphere. We did golf at the Fairway Village, the King's Course and Mauna Lani North. Who would let a wedding interfere with precious golf?!! We hope to repeat the vacation and do Hapuna, the South Course and a few others. We have another wedding in another year or so.....let's hope it is just as grand. Sharon & Wayne Takahashi
