Rates for September through April - Friday and Saturday nights are $220
and all other nights are $185.  Weekly rate is $1,250 and Monthly is $3,300.

Rates for May through August - Friday and Saturday nights are $275
and all other nights are $235.  Weekly rate is $1,500 and Monthly is $5,000.

2 night minimum and a $200 refundable security deposit is required.
$125 cleaning fee plus 12% local tax on all rentals
