Enjoy your Caribbean vacation in our newly-completed Aruba vacation villa rental home. Our new Aruba vacation rental home is designed in the traditional 'Aruba Cunucu' style which is a blending of the features of Aruba with a distinct Dutch influence. The red tile roof, distinctive kitchen chimney and open beam ceilings create a sense of charm and island warmth for our Aruba vacation house. The vacation rental home was completed in 2007 and is set among 53 architecturally coordinated houses. The neighborhood features a community pool and clubhouse. In fact, the pool is located just across the small, private street from our vacation rental home!
Our vacation villa rental home is located in the Aruba countryside of Noord, yet it is only six to eight minutes from the beaches. The beaches of Aruba are all public and there is ample parking at several points along the oceanfront. We include some beach chairs and beach towels to make your days along the Caribbean carefree. Much of the area surrounding our neighborhood is 'preserve land' which gives the area its distinctive 'countryside feel.' The neighborhood is home both to internationals and to Arubans. This mix gives our area an authentic, non-resort feel with real people, neighborhood children and pets. While away from the whirl of high rise resorts, our vacation rental villa is only a six to seven minute drive from the best of Aruba's beaches.
We also have a 2004 Hyundai Sonata five passenger 'luxury' sedan that can be part of your rental. The Sonata is in 'like new' condition and can be included for $250/week. When included in the rental of our vacation home, our property manager will meet you at the Aruba airport and escort you to our vacation villa.
Our Aruba vacation rental house features three bedrooms and two full baths. The kitchen has granite countertops and all appliances including a dishwasher. The villa features Italian tile floors and bathrooms. The main living area has exposed wooden beam ceilings. Designer touches throughout the home create a sense of warmth and charm. There is a laundry area with a new washer and dryer. A finished patio area surrounds the home with private, gated space for outdoor living. Patio furniture allows the living space of our home to expand into the constant 83 degree climate of Aruba. All areas of the home are air conditioned. As you may know, Aruba is completely out of the hurricane zone. There is no hurricane season at all in Aruba.
We also have a guest house in the backyard which includes its own full kitchen and a full bath with walk-in shower. A two person futon bed creates a very comfortable sleeping space. The guest house includes complete kitchen appliances and utensils, linens, towels, a 20" LCD cable TV, table and chairs. There is a walk-in closet as well as a patio area for the guest house. When rented as part of the package, the guest house expands the property to four bedrooms, three baths, and two full kitchens. Our calendar reflects only the rental reservations of the main home, the guest house may be available. Please inquire.
