This beautifully furnished 3 BEDROOM / 2.5 BATH DUPLEX features bright, sunny rooms, and warm, down-covered beds. The kitchen is well equipped, providing all the comforts and amenities of home. The master bedroom has a rustic log queen-size bed. There are two upstairs bedrooms: one with a queen bed, and one with a "double on bottom, twin on top" bunkbed. Need more room? The couch fully reclines for more sleeping area if necessary. Still need more room? Or maybe you need less room? This house also has a SEPARATE STUDIO BEDROOM/BATHROOM with private entrance that is available for rent. This studio is comfortable, superbly decorated, and well equipped. It is perfect for 2 PEOPLE. There is driveway parking, a private entry, small refrigerator, microwave, cable TV, humidifier, washer/dryer and hot tub access. You can book these together or separately. Are you a really large group? Our "private unit" is now available most weeks also. This LOWER unit sleeps 8 PEOPLE in 3-bedroom/2.5-bath comfort. Historically, we have saved this half of the duplex for family only, but now you too can rent an additional 3-bedroom unit for a HOUSE TOTAL 18 PEOPLE!!! This house is comfortable, convenient, and versatile to match your group size... 3 BEDROOM / 2.5 Bath (UPPER) -- SLEEPS 8 PRIVATE STUDIO w/ Bathroom -- SLEEPS 2 3 BEDROOM / 2.5 Bath (LOWER) -- SLEEPS 8 -------------------------------- MAX TOTAL = 18 PEOPLE!!!! NEW THIS YEAR!! New hardwood floors and stone fireplace. NEW LAST YEAR!! Big Screen TV and the worlds most comfortable living room couches!! Seriously, with one push of a button these couches electrically recline for perfectly comfortable snoozing. Also, brand new kitchen appliances. Always upgrading! THE YEAR BEFORE: Heated cement driveway for easier parking!! Located in the historic district of Park City, the house is just a short 300-yard walk to the restaurants and bars of Main Street. Skiing is made simple with a short walk to the quit-n-time ski run that takes you to the town chairlift. Although close to Main Street, the house is located in a nice, quiet area. Free public transportion runs close by. If you like a variety of ski resorts, this location makes it easy. 300 yard Walk-then-ski to Park City Ski Resort Town Lift. Drive 4 minutes to Deer Valley Ski Resort. Drive 10 minutes to the Canyons. In addition, Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude, and Robert Redford's Sundance Ski Area are a 45-minute drive away. Snow Basin and Powder Mountain are probably the farthest at just about 1.5 hours. Park City is well known for its skiing, but summer in the mountains is also wonderful. Summer activities include golf, hiking, and biking. There are several excellent golf courses within 30 minutes drive. Summer weather is glorious; cool and dry and the evenings are long. Fall colors normally occur for a couple of weeks in late September and are varied and vibrant. A 50% deposit is required with all bookings and is non-refundable within 60 days of arrival. Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival. You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund if less than 50% of the runs are open at Park City Mountain Resort seven days prior to your scheduled arrival. We now accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, or DISCOVER through PayPal; however, we charge an additional 3% if you choose to use your credit card. We can accept electronic checks through PayPal at no additional charge. Are you in the MILITARY? So am I. Ask about our military discounts.
