This house has two beautifully furnished 3 BEDROOM / 2.5 BATH DUPLEX's featuring bright, sunny rooms, and warm, down-covered beds. The kitchen's are well equipped, providing all the comforts and amenities of home. The master bedroom's have a rustic log queen-size bed. There are two upstairs bedrooms in each condo: one with a queen bed, and the other with bunks one with a "double on bottom, twin on top" bunkbed. Need more room? The couch fully reclines for more sleeping area if necessary.

Still need more room? Or maybe you need less room? This house also has a SEPARATE STUDIO BEDROOM/BATHROOM with private entrance that is available for rent. This studio is comfortable, superbly decorated, and well equipped. It is perfect for 2 PEOPLE. A private entry, small refrigerator, microwave, cable TV, humidifier, washer/dryer and hot tub access. You can book these together or separately.

Are you a really large group? Our "private unit" is now available most weeks also. This LOWER unit sleeps 8 PEOPLE in 3-bedroom/2.5-bath comfort. Historically, we have saved this half of the duplex for family only, but now you too can rent an additional 3-bedroom unit for a HOUSE TOTAL 16 PEOPLE IN BEDS!!! 18 TOTAL ON LAYOUT SLEEPER SOFA

Located in the historic district of Park City, the house is just a short 300-yard walk to the restaurants and bars of Main Street. Skiing is made simple with a short walk to the QUIT'N TIME SKI RUN that takes you to the Town Chairlift. Although close to Main Street, the house is located in a nice, quiet area. Free public transportion runs close by.

If you like a variety of ski resorts, this location makes it easy. 300 YARDS Walk-then-ski to Park City Ski Resort Town Lift. Drive 2 MILES (4 minutes) to Deer Valley Ski Resort. Drive 5 MILES (10 minutes) to the Canyons. In addition, Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude, and Robert Redford's Sundance Ski Area are a 45-minute drive away. Snow Basin and Powder Mountain are probably the farthest at just about 1 hour.

Park City is well known for its skiing, but summer in the mountains is also wonderful. Summer activities include golf, hiking, and biking. There are several excellent golf courses within 30 minutes drive. Summer weather is glorious; cool and dry and the evenings are long. Fall colors normally occur for a couple of weeks in late September and are varied and vibrant.

A 50% deposit is required with all bookings and is non-refundable within 45 days of arrival. Final payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. If you do cancel 45 days or more before arrival your money will be refunded if dates are resold minus $100. You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund if less than 50% of the runs are open at Park City Mountain Resort seven days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Nicole - Hi, I bought this house in 2002 from Holly (now my property manager). I recently retired after 20+ years in the US Air Force and I'm now having my first baby! I'm sure he will be on skis the day he learns to walk.
Holly - Hi, I started my property management business when we sold this house to Nicole. Now I manage several properties for friends in the area, giving extra special care and attention to both owners and visitors. My two boys are on the Park City ski team and are absolutely crazy! Looking forward to another great snow year.

We were very pleased with this condo. It was a spacious and clean 3 bedroom condo. Our condo (the upper one) had hardwood floors and the kids enjoyed the bunk beds. There is a nice sitting area where we would have breakfast prior to hitting the slopes. At night we would walk to main street and choose one of the many restaurants. One can walk to the Park City ski area as well- which we did. We had a great time in Park city and were very pleased with the entire rental experience.

Great Experience and Would Rent Again!

My friends and I rented this condo this past March, '11 for our annual ski trip and we had a great experience and would definitely rent it again as well as recommend it to our friends. When you first walk in you don't realize how large the condo is until you start walking around and then you are presently surprised. The condo has pretty much everything you want in the unit including the hot tub and the advantage of it being walking distance to a ski down slope. Add to all this was Nicole the owner who was great to work with. This was the first time we met her and she treated us like old friends. What ever we needed she didn't hesitate to provide, so again I would recommend her house if you need a place to stay!

Nothing like skiing down to the slopes! Had a great stay. The Owner was very cool and easy to deal with. She address any needs we had quickly and efficiently. I definitely will stay there again

Great Location, Great House, Great Vacation!!!

I stayed here last February and had an amazing trip. It was my first time to Park City AND my first time skiing, and I couldn't have wished for a better vacation. It's ideally located to downtown, so after hitting the slopes (and the on-site Jacuzzi), it was relaxing to walk on down to mainstreet and enjoy a nice dinner at a local restaurant. I even walked to the in-town lift on my last day and hit the slopes from there. I truly recommend staying at this house!!!
