Why the Owner Chose Creekside
We sometimes pinch ourselves for finding what we think is the perfect location. We have easy access to I-70 and 5 ski areas!! We are just a couple of blocks from Main Street, but are in a nice area with great neighbors. We can walk anywhere, are right by a great park, a beautiful creek, access to the bike path, and have a view!! Frisco is just a delightful, charming and friendly town.
The Unique Benefits at this House
When we bought this house, it already had mountain ambience with the pine cabinets and pine trim. We worked hard to decorate it so that you would feel very comfortable, could relax, and not worry about "fussy" accents. My parents owned a rental vacation home in the Rocky Mountains for 20 years prior to us buying this home, so we know what we needed to do to accomodate our guests. We take a lot of pride in our home and are just hoping you feel blessed here and that your "soul" is refreshed and restored. There's just something about the privacy of a home (vs. a condo) and having a two car garage where you can safely store your skis, bikes, fishing poles, or ??? We have never had a negative comment from a guest. We are starting to get repeat guests.
Owner's Map of Creekside
Two couples with adult children own this property which we bought in 2006. We have 4 grandchildren (ages 4 - 12) who love coming up here. I am a native of Colorado and believe that this is one of the best areas in the state as it is only one hour from our Denver home, but is central to 5 ski areas for winter use. We can tell you about our favorite sledding hills and cross county skiing/snow shoeing areas. It is also gorgeous in the summer and has the full amenities of biking, hiking, fishing, and all the activities which Summit County offers.

We recently rented this property for a girls weekend. The location is fantastic...easy walk to Main Street. The property layout is great for a big group; the hot tub and fireplace were also awesome features. We really like supporting individual owners like these and we are glad that they welcomed us into their home away from home.

We have visited Frisco and surrounding areas for 15 years. This home is better than any we have rented. Great location, beautifully decorated, comfortable, CLEAN and everything you can possibly need is provided. We will never stay anywhere else! The owners are terrific and very accomodating. We look forward to our next visit. Many thanks for everything you did to make this a spectacular Christmas. Ed and Laura Alrutz

My only hesitation in providing the excellent rating is that others will discover this place and compete with us for it next year. The owners have made this place family friendly by providing board games (no video games, thank you), high chairs, play pen. Clean, well-maintained. Good location relative to the shops and restaurants in Frisco. Equidistant to Breckenridge or Copper Mtn via shuttle. Will definitely return.

Barb made this easy for me. I was very nervous about the whole thing. Barb was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. There were many places to rent in Frisco, but I chose this one due to all the positive responses. My adult children, husband and myself spent Thanksgiving 2011 here and could not have had a better time. Kitchen is well organized, beds were comfy and we could walk to town. The skiers had several locations to choose from and were happy campers. Thanks, Barb et al.

Our daughter and her family live in Frisco, unfortunately their home isn't large enough to accomodate the entire family. We however found the perfect solution. We had a wonderful week in this charming home. There wasn't anything we needed that wasn't at our fingertips. The kids loved the bikes. I loved the clean and comfortable feel of this home. I'm sure we will be back again.

We stayed at this house for two weeks in early August and it was a great experience for our family (2 adults, 3 kids ages 9-14). It was spacious, kid-friendly, and very well furnished. Best of all, it was in an absolutely IDEAL location - walking distance to the Frisco town center and easy driving distance to Breckenridge, Vail, Copper, and Keystone. The house even came with bikes that we all used to bike around the great trail system around town. We highly recommend!

My family stayed here for a family reunion, and it worked out perfectly. We have had reunions in Frisco before, but this place was the best one yet! The owners were great to work with, even offering the use of their bikes and helmets, if needed. The hot tub was wonderful, the garage plenty large for all of our bikes, and there was plenty of everything we needed to be comfortable. We will definitely consider this home again the the future!

We shared this home with family in June. It was very well appointed with every necessity thinkable. We even used the bikes in the garage for a great ride. The owner was very responsible and thorough. I believe we will visit the area again and certainly look up this property.

We vacationed with friends at Creekside in June and had a fabulous time. The home had all the conveniences of home (washer/dryer, comfy furniture, DVDs, linens and towels, dishwasher, fully stocked kitchen supplies, games and toys for the kids) and luxuries (fabulous hot tub, bbq, firepit) to top it off. We enjoyed biking, hanging out and playing games with the kids, going to the tennis courts up the block, or driving to nearby tourist attractions. It was very comfortable and I'd rent it again in a minute.

My fiancee and I rented this house as a thank you to our families a few days before our wedding. It was perfect! The photos on the page don't do the property enough justice. Spacious, warm decor, plenty of room to sleep comfortably, kid/baby friendly, tucked away to feel like you are retreated but really close to town for any quick errands. Barb was quick to reply to any questions and comments. We all loved getting away before the craziness of the wedding weekend. Highly recommend it!
