Six of us stayed here and we all thought it was awesome. The owners supplied everything we could have possibly needed or wanted. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub after long days of snowboarding and the fireplace was great too! We also felt the location couldn't be beat as far as walking into town and catching the shuttle to the different ski resorts. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

This house is so convenient to ski resorts, shopping and local needs. We absolutely enjoyed having the two car garage and the comfort of four bedrooms. Our family of eight could share comfortable dinners around the spacious dining table while we shared fun skiing stories of the day. The fireplace provided such a warmth for our evening recap of the day's activities. There is no question that our family would consider the location again for our winter Colorado vacation.

The house was great. We slept 10 people very comfortably. Kitchen was well appointed with supplies, plenty of firewood for the nice wood stove. Big kitchen table fr group meals. Hot tub was excellent. All-in-all pretty affordable for a holiday weekend too. We would rent again!

We recently rented this property for a girls weekend. The location is fantastic...easy walk to Main Street. The property layout is great for a big group; the hot tub and fireplace were also awesome features. We really like supporting individual owners like these and we are glad that they welcomed us into their home away from home.

We have visited Frisco and surrounding areas for 15 years. This home is better than any we have rented. Great location, beautifully decorated, comfortable, CLEAN and everything you can possibly need is provided. We will never stay anywhere else! The owners are terrific and very accomodating. We look forward to our next visit. Many thanks for everything you did to make this a spectacular Christmas. Ed and Laura Alrutz

My only hesitation in providing the excellent rating is that others will discover this place and compete with us for it next year. The owners have made this place family friendly by providing board games (no video games, thank you), high chairs, play pen. Clean, well-maintained. Good location relative to the shops and restaurants in Frisco. Equidistant to Breckenridge or Copper Mtn via shuttle. Will definitely return.

We stayed here for a family vacation ... 8 adults and 2 kids in all! It was an AWESOME experience. We loved the cabin - very warm, inviting, and cozy! There was plenty of space for everyone. We loved the wood burning fireplace and the hot tub! The town of Frisco is great and there is so much to do in the surrounding area! Would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a mountain getaway!

Barb made this easy for me. I was very nervous about the whole thing. Barb was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. There were many places to rent in Frisco, but I chose this one due to all the positive responses. My adult children, husband and myself spent Thanksgiving 2011 here and could not have had a better time. Kitchen is well organized, beds were comfy and we could walk to town. The skiers had several locations to choose from and were happy campers. Thanks, Barb et al.

We stayed at this house for two weeks in early August and it was a great experience for our family (2 adults, 3 kids ages 9-14). It was spacious, kid-friendly, and very well furnished. Best of all, it was in an absolutely IDEAL location - walking distance to the Frisco town center and easy driving distance to Breckenridge, Vail, Copper, and Keystone. The house even came with bikes that we all used to bike around the great trail system around town. We highly recommend!

My family stayed here for a family reunion, and it worked out perfectly. We have had reunions in Frisco before, but this place was the best one yet! The owners were great to work with, even offering the use of their bikes and helmets, if needed. The hot tub was wonderful, the garage plenty large for all of our bikes, and there was plenty of everything we needed to be comfortable. We will definitely consider this home again the the future!

Our daughter and her family live in Frisco, unfortunately their home isn't large enough to accomodate the entire family. We however found the perfect solution. We had a wonderful week in this charming home. There wasn't anything we needed that wasn't at our fingertips. The kids loved the bikes. I loved the clean and comfortable feel of this home. I'm sure we will be back again.

We shared this home with family in June. It was very well appointed with every necessity thinkable. We even used the bikes in the garage for a great ride. The owner was very responsible and thorough. I believe we will visit the area again and certainly look up this property.

We vacationed with friends at Creekside in June and had a fabulous time. The home had all the conveniences of home (washer/dryer, comfy furniture, DVDs, linens and towels, dishwasher, fully stocked kitchen supplies, games and toys for the kids) and luxuries (fabulous hot tub, bbq, firepit) to top it off. We enjoyed biking, hanging out and playing games with the kids, going to the tennis courts up the block, or driving to nearby tourist attractions. It was very comfortable and I'd rent it again in a minute.

My fiancee and I rented this house as a thank you to our families a few days before our wedding. It was perfect! The photos on the page don't do the property enough justice. Spacious, warm decor, plenty of room to sleep comfortably, kid/baby friendly, tucked away to feel like you are retreated but really close to town for any quick errands. Barb was quick to reply to any questions and comments. We all loved getting away before the craziness of the wedding weekend. Highly recommend it!

We had a group of 11 people and we had a fantastic time! The house had everything we needed to cook a big dinner for everyone and had a great location, close to Copper, Beaver Creek, and Vail so it could accommodate everyone's annual ski pass. The hot tub was also great to use after a full day of skiing. We would definitely come back for another ski weekend!!

We had a combined family summer vacation, including members from Vt, Co and Wi. Interests ranged from biking, hiking, antique boats and Corvettes, eating, shopping, and sitting doing nothing. We had all participated in chosing a vacation place that would meet all of our requirements. I am pleased to say number 111422 was perfect. Kids did bungee jumping, bumper boat riding, etc at copper Mt, many long bike rides/hikes were taken (not by me), we listened to fabulous free concerts at Keystone. Hundreds of corvettes were minutely inspected on main street on 7/25 I did a fair amount of cooking and baking to save money, and found every single item that I needed in the well stocked cupboards. We particularly enjoyed being able to walk to many places of interest, rather than having to pack everyone up in the car. The private backyard with hot tub was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was immaculate. We would definitely stay here again

We had two families stay at this property. We were very comfortable and had plenty of room. The listing is very accurate and the pictures show the the rental's appearance accurately. You can tell the owners take pride in their "cabin"/ house. It is very homey and we did not lack for anything. We were centrally located for hiking, rafting and the bike trails are wonderful. We took several bike rides around the Dillon Dam Lake Road. Downtown Frisco and a great park were within walking distance. We will definitely rent this home again when we have a big group.

Our stay here was perfect for us with our daughter & her family from Arkansas. It was the perfect location for our adventures and sight seeing. The house is very "homey" and comfortable. And everything you need is right there! We would definitely rent this place again and we will recommend it to all of our friends. The other thing that made this place so great was working with the owners of this property...they were just great - so very helpful. If anyone is looking for the perfect place to stay while vacationing in Colorado, this is it!

After being on the road for eight days with four children pulling into Creekside was like arriving in heaven!! The house was everything we had hoped for and more! The house was spacious and spotless! The pictures really don't do it the justice it deserves. The owners were SO helpful and flexible that we felt like we were staying at our Aunt's house. The location of Creekside offers the perfect 3 block walk home after a meal or day of shopping in Friso! I REALLY don't know how this place could get any better!!! Highly reccomend Creekside to anyone looking for a wonderful home to stay in. The only problem is.....leaving. I think I cried all the way back through Denver. THANKS AGAIN "Aunt" Barb!!!

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful home - very comfortable and warm! We were celebrating my sister's return from a year in Afghanistan with our spouses and combined 7 children (ages 2 to 11). The house had everything you might need, including lots of kitchen supplies/spices. The drive to Copper was only 5 minutes, and we all enjoyed the hot tub after long days of spring skiing. 2-car garage was definitely wonderful too, no scraping windshields in the morning. We will definitely be coming back!

The owners were great to deal with, were highly informative in details about the residence, and overall a great help in making this home comfortable for guests. Everything was as described, and my family and friends were happy in their home. Will stay here again when coming to Frisco area for sure. It’s a thoroughly enjoyable stay at this residence.

I would recommend this home to anyone wanting comfortable, low stress accommodations in a delightful town. It's easy to access the bike/walking trail; small park; downtown Frisco; I-70; and a variety of nearby ski towns. We spent the last week of July 2009 here and enjoyed horseback riding in Copper, hiking, hot tub, great restaurants, etc. Bit of a drive to whitewater rafting, but well worth it. I've never stayed in a condo or house that was so well supplied. The kitchen not only had lots of dishes, wine glasses, cookware, and utensils, but also spices, coffee, plastic wrap, etc. The owner's instructions just asked us to replace something if we used a lot of it. Owner was also very responsive to my e-mails and returned our security deposit promptly. We enjoyed riding the bikes, too!

We had our annual Thanksgiving celebration at this lovely vacation rental (this year in August!). There were ten total-- 8 adults and 2 young children. The kids got up early, but others were able to sleep in because of the ideal layout of the house. Our family enjoyed biking, exploring an art festival in town, hanging out in the hot tub, and playing at the numerous playgrounds in town with the kids. We were even able to make a traditional turkey dinner in the kitchen-- it was perfectly equipped! We would definitely recommend this place, and we can't wait to visit again. Frisco is a lovely mountain town, and Barb's place is perfect for a large group.

Our stay in Frisco was delightful, to a large part because of this great rental. The location--near a park/playground, the lake and Frisco marina, Main Street, hiking and biking trails and yet just far enough removed from the traffic--was perfect! Additionally, the owner/renters were flexible and accommodating. This house has a great flow for families--some bedrooms upstairs for napping toddlers, partly shaded deck and backyard, open living area--and was very well fitted with plenty of fluffy towels, linens, pillows, kitchen supplies and even bicycles! We enjoyed cooking in with our children and young grandchildren and walking just about everywhere--a real vacation getaway!

We wish to thank the homeowners for the use of their wonderful Mt getaway during Christmas 2007. Our grown children and other family members were comfortably accommodated during the five day ski frenzy. The well equipped and stocked kitchen helped bring dinners together quickly. The cold nights were comfortable with the wood burning stove and we regularly soaked in the great hot tub. I'd recommend this house to any family group visiting the area. A group of my friends and I make an annual pilgrimage to Frisco, CO for late winter skiing at the region's numerous world class resorts. This 4BR/2.5BA house near the heart of Main St. was ideal for our purposes. The house will be a big part of our memories of the trip. The beds were great, the large dining area was more than enough for our group, and the hot tub was a great way to conclude a day of skiing. Seldom have we enjoyed such a nice home with such an accomodating property manager in all our trips. Thanks!
