After an exhausting day of mogul maneuvering and letting it rip all over the mountain, let the free shuttle do the leg-work for you as you seek the comforts of "home" in your high altitude nest.
Once the snow has disappeared,and the summer sun heats up the mountain air, feast your eyes on the lush vegetation around the crystal clear lake from your optimal vantage point. Who says a mountain can only be played on if there's snow!? Mountain biking, hiking, swimming, and whatever else you have in mind is at your toe-tips from this heavenly property.
After a day of physical activity, try your luck at the casinos about 5 miles away. Or hop into the hot tub to soothe your over-worked muscles. I chose to buy property in this location because it's one of my favorite places to visit. It truly has EVERYTHING! It's beautiful, rustic, pristine, and yet there's a lively nightlife just down the hill.

Even though South Lake Tahoe is a popular vacation spot, once you're in my condo you feel like it's your own private paradise. There are amazing unobstructed views of the lake where I've witnessed the most amazing sunsets! Getting on and off the mountain in the winter is so easy and you don't have to mess with the traffic and hassle of Tahoe Village...unless you want to.
