In addition to the pristine beach on the crystal clear waters of the Peconic, the many on-site recreational amenities privately shared by the co-operative include a huge built-in freshwater pool, basketball, swings/slide set, and a charming gazebo located on bluffs edge from which to enjoy panoramic views and breathtaking sunsets. Caretakers regularly maintain the grounds and amenities to the highest standards.
The cottage is bright and clean with lots of windows, berber carpeting throughout, and natural cedar walls and ceiling. There is a full kitchen and dinette area, a living space with a convertible couch that sleeps two, two separate bedrooms one with a double bed and one with two twin beds. There is a bathroom with stall shower and plenty of closet and storage space throughout. Just perfect for a family or a couple. |
