The home and its private dock are situated on a half-acre palm treed lot with easy boat access to the Gulf of Mexico. Twenty-five minutes from the Fort Myers Southwest Regional Airport. Cape Coral and the surrounding area offers a wealth of nearby attractions and activities including beaches, golf, fishing, boating, biking, shopping (boutiques and factory outlets), shelling, night clubs, gaming ships, casinos, bingo, theater, arts, and museums.
There are tons of activities for kids of all ages including batting cages, mini golf, jet skis, parasailing, a water park, a skate park, go-karts, and wildlife preserves. There is Major League Baseball spring training including the Boston Red Sox, New York Yankees, Minnesota Twins, and others. The Fourth of July has a spectacular fireworks display and huge downtown festival. Disney World, Sea World, and Universal Studios are within driving distance for day trips.
