We are in Old Town, one block down from Park City Mountain Resort. We walk to the lifts when we ski. Or you can walk 50 steps to a bus stop and jump on the free bus to Deer Valley or Canyons Ski Resorts. The bus will also take you 5 min. to Main Street for dining and shopping. Grocery store is also a 5 min. bus trip so it's easy to stock the kitchen and eat in. Our townhome feels more like a private single family home; with all the comforts you are looking for. You have a private back yard to enjoy your hot tub after a day of skiing. Or relax on the balcony off the living room and enjoy the view and our gas grill. There is a small park next to the library (also a short, half block walk) and you'll find some small hills perfect for kids to go sledding. We keep a sled/disc in our unit.
The upstairs has a large OPEN floor plan; the kitchen, dining and living areas form a great room. The dining room table seats 8 and there are 3 bar stools at counter to accommodate up to 11 people. Works great for big groups because you can all be together. Two bedrooms are downstairs with a jack and jill bathroom; great for kids. There is a big screen in the living room with a DVD player and a big screen in the master bedroom with a DVD player. Third DVD player downstairs in the bedroom with 2 twin beds. We also have property management service in Park City so if you need any assistance with the home, there is someone available locally to help you 24 hours a day. Our home is warm and comfortable, well furnished. The kitchen is completely stocked with just about every gadget you'll need. We know you will feel right at home!

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We wanted to be close to Park City Mountain Resort but we also wanted to be close to the huge City Park for the summer. This location is close to everything, you really don't need a car. You will love the ease of walking to skiing or jumping on the bus and being where you want to go in 5 minutes!
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
1372 Woodside Ave. Unit A - We have a truly perfect location. Enlarge the map view and it's easier to see the house marker behind point B. We are right across the street from Park City's main park. There is a bike trail that you catch here that runs for miles, there is a huge playground area and skate park there as well as volleyball, basketball and tennis courts. We can walk a half block to the city library or walk one block up the hill to Park City Mountain Resort. If you want to go to Main St. it's a 15 minute walk or take approx 50 steps out your front door to a bus stop. The free bus service will take to you Main St. (5 min. ride) or Deer Valley (15 min ride) or go the other direction to the Canyons (15 min. ride). You will find that you are right in the center of all of the action!
A one block walk to the base parking lot of PCMR and then up the stairs to the lifts! Easy distance even with kids in tow.

This is our second home; it's well furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to feel right at home. We love mountain biking at Deer Valley and hiking all of the local trails in the summer and the skiing and terrain choices are unmatched in the winter.

Our vacation was fabulous! We loved the quality and size of your condo and it's close proximity, actually within walking distance, to the shopping and restaurants on Main St. We played golf at Wasatch Mountain, both the Mountain and Lake Course, Homestead Resort Course, and Soldier Hollow Gold Course. After golf everyday, we took advantage of the ski base one block from your condo by entertaining ourselves with the zip line, roller coaster, and slide. After playing golf at Soldier Hollow, we drove up to see Cascade Falls. On Saturday we visited Mormon Square in Salt Lake City, which is only a 20 minutes drive, and since we had a lot of time before our fight on Tuesday, we left early and went to see Salt Lake and the Capitol Building. We all were pleased that the condo was as represented on the listing, in description and photography. This is a great location for a summer vacation which I would recommend to my friends and family.

The unit was very clean, nice and most especially a block from Park City Village. We enjoyed our stay at the unit and would definitely rent the unit again upon our return to Park City. Also, downtown PC is only a 10 to 15 minute walk, which was easy for some of us to walk back while others wanted to stay out. The owner was extremely friendly and easy to work with throughout the process

We just got back from a spring break ski trip and loved the townhouse. There was plenty of space for us and it was very nicely appointed. Location was great. It was within walking distance of the Park City ski area. I walked once and we drove other times (with kids and equipment, there wasnt a lot of tolerance for walking). Downtown Park City was an easy drive and the bus was very, very close. Next time we visit Park City, we would definately stay there again. The garage was great too. The owner and local property manager were both very easy to work with and accomodating. We've stayed at several VRBO properties (this was the first in Park City) and this was the easiest rental and a great property.

This was our second year staying at this house and, as the title of this review suggests, it is a great place to stay. The bedrooms are a good size and the kitchen and living room are comfortable and spacious. There is a deck with a grill, so you don't have to eat out every night. The location is ideal, as it is quick shuttle to downtown Park City and an easy walk to the Park City Mountain Resort. I hope to stay here again next year.

This was our second year to spend Christmas in Park City. After searching for several days, I kept coming back to this listing on VRBO, as one that would work for my 6 family members. We had plenty of room and all had a very comfortable bed to sleep on. The kitchen and living areas are amazing. Flat screen TV's in both the living and master bed room really made it nice. We could walk to PCMR in less than 5 minutes. The drive from here to the main shopping area is only 5 mintues. Very nice place in a very convenient location. Found it on VRBO and for the seond year in a row we were happy with our choice.

We have always had good luck with rentals from VRBO and your home was no exception. The house was very clean, well furnished and in excellent condition. I felt like I was staying in a friend's vacation home rather than a rental property. The house is a great location - easy walk to Park City Mountain and close access to bus stop makes the 5 min. ride to Main St. very easy.

Wow! We loved our time in Park City and your house was the perfect place for two families to vacation. The layout is great with the kids downstairs and the adults upstairs. Your local manager is really fantastic. He showed up right on time to give us a tour of the house and was happy to help when we called him with a question about the oven. We'll be back.

You have a fantastic place. It's in a great location and the house had everything we needed. We made a big dinner for New Year's and every pot and pan we wanted was in the cabinet! Also really loved having the snow sleds for the kids to use in the park. Thank you!
