We are in Old Town, one block down from Park City Mountain Resort. We walk to the lifts when we ski. Or you can walk 50 steps to a bus stop and jump on the free bus to Deer Valley or Canyons Ski Resorts. The bus will also take you 5 min. to Main Street for dining and shopping. Grocery store is also a 5 min. bus trip so it's easy to stock the kitchen and eat in. Our townhome feels more like a private single family home; with all the comforts you are looking for. You have a private back yard to enjoy your hot tub after a day of skiing. Or relax on the balcony off the living room and enjoy the view and our brand new gas grill. There is a small park next to the library (also a short, half block walk) and you'll find some small hills perfect for kids to go sledding. We keep a sled/disc in our unit.
The upstairs has a large OPEN floor plan; the kitchen, dining and living areas form a great room. The dining room table seats 8 and there are 3 bar stools at counter to accommodate up to 11 people. Works great for big groups because you can all be together. Two bedrooms are downstairs with a jack and jill bathroom; great for kids. There is a big screen in the living room with a DVD player and a big screen in the master bedroom with a DVD player. Third DVD player downstairs in the bedroom with 2 twin beds. We also have property management service in Park City so if you need any assistance with the home, there is someone available locally to help you 24 hours a day. Our home is warm and comfortable, well furnished. The kitchen is completely stocked with just about every gadget you'll need. We know you will feel right at home!

Amazing Location - Walk to Park City Resort Lifts!

The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
1372 Woodside Ave. Unit A - We have a truly perfect location. Enlarge the map view and it's easier to see the house marker behind point B. We are right across the street from Park City's main park. There is a bike trail that you catch here that runs for miles, there is a huge playground area and skate park there as well as volleyball, basketball and tennis courts. We can walk a half block to the city library or walk one block up the hill to Park City Mountain Resort. If you want to go to Main St. it's a 15 minute walk or take approx 50 steps out your front door to a bus stop. The free bus service will take to you Main St. (5 min. ride) or Deer Valley (15 min ride) or go the other direction to the Canyons (15 min. ride). You will find that you are right in the center of all of the action!
A one block walk to the base parking lot of PCMR and then up the stairs to the lifts! Easy distance even with kids in tow.
In the spring, summer and fall you will love the City Park in Park City. HUGE playground, bike paths, sand volleyball courts, tennis courts, basketball courts, skate park and lots of green area for r

Great public library and small park. The park offers perfect small hills for sledding in the winter. We keep 2 snow discs in the garage for your enjoyment.

We fell in love with Park City during a summer vacation and decided it was the perfect location for a year round vacation home. This is our second home; it's well furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to feel right at home. We love mountain biking at Deer Valley and hiking all of the local trails in the summer and the skiing and terrain choices are unmatched in the winter.
