Our family home is two blocks from the golf course, and approximately five minutes to the country club. The village center and ski area are an easy two-mile drive, as all the roads are paved and well maintained.
This home is approximately 2300 square feet, with three bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a private bath and a 20" LCD TV. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a 20" LCD TV. The kid's room has two new sets of bunkbeds with bright colors.
The kitchen has all the appliances (refrigerator, range, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher) as well as all cooking utensils and dishes. The dining area has a a table which seats four, and a bar with four bar stools.
The living area has a wood-burning fireplace and a 32-inch LCD TV and DVD. The sofa makes into a queen-size bed.
There is a utility room with a full-size washer and dryer. We just installed a tankless hot water heater for those long showers/baths after skiing. There is also a large two-car garage.
Our home is NON smoking, and pets are NOT allowed. |
