If you are planning a wedding, a family gathering, a corporate retreat or other event that involves a large group, our multi-house "complex" may be ideal.
The "complex" consists of a large four bedroom, two bath home, a separate one bedroom, one bath cottage, and a three bedroom, two bath home next door. (There is a breezeway connecting the two properties.) The homes are located in a charming older section of Reno, only a few minutes from downtown. All together, these homes can sleep up to nineteen people - there are five queen size beds, two full beds, three twin beds, and two twin rollaway beds.
Both homes have complete kitchen facilities, including all pots, pans, dishes, etc. Even the cottage has a microwave and small refrigerator of its own. Combined, these homes have two gas barbecues, three patios (with seating), three garages, plenty of off-street parking, eight TVs (all with cable), two washing machines and dryers, a five person private hot tub, and a pretty fountain surrounded by strawberries. The homes have private backyard areas with flower-covered landscapes, and both have electronic keyless entries. This system is easy to use and eliminates any possible problems with lost keys. (You also won't have to drive around trying to find the place to pick up your keys when you arrive). Our customers love it.
