  Hi Magaly, I just wanted to let your know how amazing the condo looks. I love the new floor and bedding! I am a flight attendant and stay at hotels and condos all over the world just to justify I know clean and WOW THE CONDO IS IMMACULATE!! I know you have a new cleaning service because even the leaves of the pretend plants are completely dust free! Someone spent some time in here! By the way, we love Mona. She is an angel. My husband and I could talk to her all day...she is truly lovely. My husband is blown away by how nice everything is. My mom lives in Ormond Beach and she gets some of the yucky Daytona backwash up near her once in a while and that is what my husband thinks of Florida. Thank you for letting him see the true beauty of the people and places in Florida by gifting us another week at your place. I wish you had places all over the world and I would never stay anywhere else! Happy Easter! Love, Patti

  What a great condo. My husband had a transplant at Mayo and I needed to find a clean place to stay for a while. And I found the cleanest condo in Jacksonville when I found this one. We stayed from August 26th to September 12th. Magaly and Mona are wonderful people to work with, not knowing how long we would need to stay. If and when we have to come back to Mayo I will give them a call. Thank you Magaly and Mona, you guys are the best.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  My wife and I had a fantastic stay at this outstanding condo on the beach. The pictures, while nice, simply do not do it justice. The condo was incredibly clean and comfortable and obviously well maintained. The 10th floor view was phenomenal. Covered parking was a convenient pleasant surprise. We have been visiting Jax Beach several times per year for the past six years and have stayed at numerous local condos and hotels including the Marriott Courtyard. None come even close in comparison to this 1st rate, spacious condo. Thanks so much Magaly for allowing us to stay and for all of your help. You were pleasant and efficient to deal with and are a consummate professional. Kudos as well to Mona who greeted us and showed us around. Her warmth and TLC were very much evident throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a first class, relaxing getaway.

  Hello, Magaly! Missing the beach already! :( I wish I could just buy your condo; we love it so and we hope to be able to get the re-book again June 29 - July 6 2013. I will send the deposit as soon as I can. I mainly just wanted to tell you how much we adore the place. Also, we especially loved the fish quilt (orange and white) on the master bed this past summer. Where do you find such wonderful quilts/linens? I have not found one on my search since being there that compares to that. Thanks, and have a great day! Beth

  Photos were accurate and helpful. The property pleasingly clean and maintained. All amenities we needed (for beach and food prep) were furnished by the owner except for groceries and drinks. The beds and furniture were comfortable and appeared new. The owner quickly and accurately answered all of our questions regarding the unit, location and nearby restaurants/shopping. We would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative. We plan to contact the owner again later this year or next year when we will be in the Jacksonville area. We ate most of our meals in the restaurant area less than a mile from the condo. There are at least 15 good restaurants in this area, and Carrabas is about 1/2 mile south.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  This property was clean, well appointed, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Magaly was wonderful to deal with. We stayed for two months and it quickly felt like home. The ocean views, beautiful sunsets and moon rises off of the balcony will have us returning next year!

  This condo is wonderful. It is very well maintained and clean. My husband is a Mayo patient and this was our 5th trip to Jacksonville since August. Due to the short notice we have received on some of his appointments it has not always been easy to find a place available and we have stayed somewhere different every time.We will check availability on this condo first on our next trip back. Magaly is GREAT to work with, we arrived later in the evening and were met at the condo and made to feel right at home. The sunrise over the ocean is awesome, and the view is perfect. We have adult children that accompany us on our trips, they were within walking distance of so many different things to do that they never got bored. I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone wanting a great place to stay in Jacksonville Beach.

  We stayed at this condo in Jacksonville Beach for the FL vs. GA game in 2011. Let me start off by saying that the entire process, from beginning to end, was flawless! The lady who handles the rentals of this condo is fantastic; she responded to our query almost immediately (not like others with whom I have dealt) and gave us all of the information we needed, including emailing the rental agreement right away! There were no gimmicks or hidden fees of any kind. When we arrived in Jacksonville, another lady met us at the condo to hand over the keys and show us around the building (so we didn't have to try to figure out how to get to the pool or the gym or where the closest grocery store was). When we walked in the condo, we were blown away; the place was spotless and the view from the balcony was breathtaking! I spent every morning sitting on the balcony, drinking my coffee, and listening to the waves crash on the beach. Amazing!!! :) Considering that we were there for FL vs. GA, we were not exactly expecting to feel relaxed after our trip, but boy did we! It felt like we had been at a spa for a week. We will definitely try to stay there again! I noticed it books up fast thoguh, so it's probably a good idea to book it in advance; we're already looking at next year's FL vs. GA weekend, and maybe even another weekend before then, if we can get off work :) If you want a thoroughly relaxing vacation and an extremely smooth rental process, I highly recommend renting this condo; you will not be disappointed! One more thing I forgot to mention is that the condo is close to everything! There's a hotel next door that has a tiki bar on the beach and always has live music; the Jacksonville Beach Pier is a beautiful and short (about 1 mile) walk on the beach; and there are tons of restaurants within a few blocks of the pier (both on the water and a block or two away from it). Overall, it was an excellent experience and one that I hope to have again soon!!

  Thank you Magaly! What a beautiful condo! Top notch decor, super comfortable beds, all the amenities you could ask for and more. We arrived early in the day with my 92 year old mother and were able to come to the condo so she had someplace to rest. The cooler on wheels, plush beach towels, beach bag, beach chairs and beach umbrella that were so appreciated. Super clean and very well maintained. Magaly, you were wonderful to deal with. Prompt communication and the condo was everything I expected. Don't give it a second thought, stay here.

  My family stayed on this property over the July 4th holiday. It was perfect! It was excatly as described. The photos shown were very up date and portrayed the unit to the tee. The location was great! We were within waling distance of the pier to our right and pretty beaches as far as the eyes could see. It was also a perfect location for many resturants and shops. If you are planning a trip to Jacksonville Beach this is the place for you!

  Two of my dear girlfriends and I stayed at this great Condo last week and it was awesome. The Condo itself is beautiful and definately exceeded our expectations. And, you can't beat the ocean view, with magnificent sunrises enjoyed from the large deck. We had a wonderful time. And, have already booked for a week next year. Enjoy!!!

  Dear Magaly, We had a wonderful time, if my daughter did not have to work today we would have stayed longer. I have to say the sunrises were one of my favorite parts. My sister-in-law and i set our alarm clocks and watch the sunrise and no 2 days were the same. Absolutely amazing. So enjoyed being on the Alantic Ocean and the condo was great, beautiful, and clean. Thank you for a memorable time. Karen
