My family rented this cabin for a large family getaway. We had 30+ in our group and it accommodated all of us with comfort and space. The bedrooms are large with plenty of beds for all of our adults and children. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and even some things that I don't have at my own home. The owners are great to work with and were very helpful and nice. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future to this beautiful home in a beautiful area. Overall a clean, spacious place that we will recommend to family and friends.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

We stayed in this Beautiful cabin for a long weekend with a large family. It had large enough main living areas to accommodate all of us and also enough bedrooms that each family had a place to escape and have their own space. It was sometimes hard to believe we had so many people with us because we never felt cramped. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking for our large group. Everything was extremely clean and we had plenty of blankets to keep warm at night which was nice since we had a snow storm that weekend. The decor and finishes are absolutely breathtaking along with the natural mountain scenery the location has to offer. We especially enjoyed the theater room as this is where the kids would all congregate to watch movies and play games. Monica was great to work with and was always prompt in responding to any questions I had for her. Overall it was a great experience and we are planning on returning every year.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We loved our stay at the cabin. It is very open inside, much larger than I expected. The kitchen was stocked with all the items we needed. Next time I won't bring anything but food. Our large family had plenty of rooms and beds and there were tons of bunk beds for the kids so no slept on the floor. Hot tub, movie theater room, game room and swing set were huge bonuses. The cabin was very clean and looked brand new. We are excited to return next year!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.
Owner response: Thank you for coming to the cabin! We hope to have you back anytime!

Our group of adults takes a ski trip every winter. We usually have 16 to 20 people. This place handled our group easily and was one of the nicer places we have stayed at over the years. It was clean, comfortable and well equiped. Although it was a bit off the beaten path, I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Monica was great to work with on getting our reservation finalized. I wasn't with the first travelers to arrive, but they tell me that someone (maybe Monica's husband?) was actually there at the bottom of the hill waiting for them until about midnight to make sure they got in ok-you sure don't see that level of care very oftern. My only complaint was that we weren't told until the day before we arrived that we would need 4 wheel drive vehicles so we had to scramble (and pay top dollar) to rent four wheel drive vehicles at the last minute.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, age 55+.

My husband and I decided back in November to give our large family a three night stay in a beautiful cabin near Park City for their Christmas present. I went online and found this big cabin that I thought would offer something for everyone: pool table, hot tub, home theater, WiFi, a big wrap around deck with breathtaking views, and so close to Park City that I just had to book it for July. I emailed the owners Monica and Brian that our family loved the outdoors that all we needed now to make it a Christmas in July complete was a volleyball court since we get together at Christmas and play volleyball. Her response was, she and her husband were planning to build a sand volleyball court and a kiddie sand area this summer. That was it, the perfect Christmas in July for all of our kids and grandkids. We had kids traveling from Logan and Ogden, Utah along with Kansas City and Sacramento. I emailed Monica regarding directions and checking on things that were equipt in the kitchen so I could be prepared. She was always quick to respond with any and all of my questions. When we arrived, Brian was just completing the volleyball court and oh the kiddie play area had plenty of sand toys along with a cute slide for the kids to play on too. I was curious to see how big the bedrooms were since we were planning for 30 people. No problem there, we had plenty of room. The bedrooms were large with each bed having a cozy comforter to snuggle in. The three common areas each had lots of seating and decorated in a luxurious mounain motiff. The pictures I had seen online in no way did the place justice. I was amazed at how open and equipt the kitchen was. It came with everything: dishes, plenty of pots and pans, utencils, and even an electric pancake griddle. With 30+ people we also needed plenty of space for eating and laying out food for our big family. There was a large breakfast bar, a log table for 10 and two tables on the deck for outdoor eating. I think the best part of this place was the amazing views off the wrap around deck. We saw deer, squirrels, chipmunks and plenty of birds right outside our door. We even took our family photo right there nestled in the tall grasses and wildflowers. We had a great time and would love to go back again. With the all of the trees that surrounded the cabin, I know it would be beautiful to stay up there in the fall. Thanks Monica and Brian for making our stay comfortable and unforgetable. We will be back again.Sandy C. Nibley, UtahRecommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

The interior of the cabin is well represented in the online pictures. There are a few minor cosmetic details that need attention (bathroom tiles) but did not affect our stay. If you plan to stay in the winter, be aware that there is no heat in the basement (3 bedrooms, bath and theater room). The landlord provided extra electric heaters which made the situation much better but know that when it's really cold outside (<20') it will be cold in the basement. The driveway and parking is probably the biggest problem with the cabin. Parking is on a very steep incline and in inclement weather it may be next to impossible to get out. We got 12 inches of snow the night before we were to fly out of SLC and only with the help of the landlord (to his credit and much thanks for his assistance) were we able to get out. A four wheel drive vehicle is definitely needed in the winter and we were informed of this beforehand. All in all, we had a great week with extended family! The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots and pans. The views from the cabin are wonderful but be prepared to be in a remote setting. It's at least a 10 minute drive up hill from I 80 and can be treacherous in the snow. We drove everyday to a different ski resort. That was our plan (to drive each day) otherwise, you may want to stay closer in town. In case of a big storm, you'd probably be snow bound for a day or so in this cabin.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers.

Though getting to it was tricky the first time, it was well worth the effort. The setting was very nice and we enjoyed the cool evening breezes. My family - 20 people total- had a great time at this location. The facilities were clean and well cared for. It was very comfortable and family friendly. Room to spread out, with open space on all three floors. Plenty of hot water and the washing facilities were great. Kitchen was very well equiped and the extra fridge in basement, though small, was a life saver. The children loved the wrap around porch and ate all their meals out there. Driveway was paved, which made parking much nicer - we had five vehicles and 2 trailers with wave runners. The owners were easy to work with and very friendly. Jordanelle Reservoir and Olympic Park are easy to get to.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

The property was great. It was very comfortable--great furniture, plenty of sleeping space for everyone. The hot tub was in great working condition. The place was fully stocked with plenty of towels and linens. The description was right on. It was very accurate--15 minutes from Park City. The property felt like new! Everything was in excellent condition. The owner was very cordial and replied to my emails or called me back promptly (if I had to leave message). Yes, I would recommend this property to my friends, coworkers, or family members. The only things lacking were the downstairs temperature (a little cold) and the driveway (not a ton of parking spaces). But it was ok.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, age 55+.
