1st Floor: Outdoor patio, kitchen, sitting area, breakfast nook, 1/2 bathroom, stacked washer/dryer. Locked sideyard for kayak, surfboards, etc. Parking available in garage (small car) and carport (reccommended for a small or medium car...larger cars have gotten in but it is just not as easy...)
2nd Floor: Living Room (has 2 single sofa beds), Bedroom #1 with Queeen size bed and private bathroom, Bedroom #2 with Full/Double bed with bathroom. 2 balconies
3rd Floor: Bedroom #3 with King size bed and bathroom, 2 balconies

The Unique Benefits at this House
Our home is steps to the ocean and just an easy walk over to the bayside. Boating on the bay, and other watersports, is easy from nearby Santa Clara Point. You can enjoy a whole week here without ever driving anywhere! There is plenty of fun that is reachable by walking or biking (or rollerblading or skateboarding?) down the boardwalks. Our home is casual and comfortable ~ a great place to kick back and enjoy a really great vacation.

What a great week on the beach with family and friends! This was our second vacation at this home and we loved it! The central location is great and close to all. The 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths are great for families and everything you need is provided. Patio and BBQ area are open yet private. Just drive up (two parking spaces) and you never really need to use your car again. Being from San Diego originally it's great to come back home to visit family and friends and we will be coming back for years in the future. We highly recommend this home and working with the owners is great!!
