$500 Deposit due upon reservation - balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit.
Canceled reservations subject to penalty if not re-booked.

The Unique Benefits at this House
Our home is steps to the ocean and just an easy walk over to the bayside. Boating on the bay, and other watersports, is easy from nearby Santa Clara Point. You can enjoy a whole week here without ever driving anywhere! There is plenty of fun that is reachable by walking or biking (or rollerblading or skateboarding?) down the boardwalks. Our home is casual and comfortable ~ a great place to kick back and enjoy a really great vacation.
