Beachwalk is a lovely gated community with 24-hour security, conveniently located on Vanderbilt Beach Road. The community offers two swimming pools, hot tub, six tennis courts and workout room. Beautiful Vanderbilt Beach and the Naples Ritz Carlton area a short walk away, or ride the bicycles to Delnor-Wiggins State Park, rated as one of the top beaches in Florida.
Our newly renovated villa has one of the best lake front locations in Beachwalk. The state-of-the-art eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, overlooks a small private courtyard. Enjoy the lake views and wildlife from the screened in lanai. The airy sophisticated interiors include many antiques and have a British Colonial feel. The villa was decorated by a nationally recognized designer.
