Located directly on Scenic Eastern Lake and less than 300 steps to the Gulf of Mexico, the vacation possibilities are endless and sunsets extraordinary. If you are looking for a relaxing, tranquil vacation, then Serenity is your place as the beaches are never crowded and the Gulf is always warm

To ensure you have the vacation of a lifetime, our house is fully-equipped in every area possible.

The first floor living area provides you with a completely-equipped kitchen and seating for ten. A home theater system with DVD and CD player is yours to enjoy (Video Rentals a short three-minute walk). Plenty of board games, puzzles, and books to enjoy if the sun gets too hot!

A tower room with 360-degree views and over 30 windows provides you with scenic views and a quiet place to get away.

Step outside onto the first-floor, wrap-around deck and down to our boat dock where the water activities are endless. Eastern Lake is fed by fresh water and is one of the cleanest coastal dune lakes in the 30-A corridor (So who needs a pool?).

We understand that vacation time is a premium so a row boat and kayak are provided for your pleasure. Crabbing and fishing are directly out the back door, so bring that trolling motor. In addition to the boat dock, a patio and outside shower/changing room are available to rinse off the day's sand from the beach.

Also included with each rental is an amenities package including 1 free round of golf per day at a select number of local courses (48 hour Advance reservation required) , 1 free adult admission to the Big Kahuna Water park in Destin, 1 free adult admission to Gulf World Marine Park in Panama City Beach and one free video per day (also subject to availability.   • Friends and I stayed at Searenity in the fall of 2007 for the first time. Each of us agreed that this is a great house, in a good location and that we will make our stay there an annual event. No need to look any further, for us this house is perfect.

  • We stayed at Searenity 4 or 5 years in a row (I can't remember now!), for two weeks at a time. It is our home away from home. For the comfort and the surroundings, you can't find a better place to relax and unwind. The kids have had a blast at this location. The lake and the inlet at the beach provide twice the activities and exploration. You will be missing out if you don't experience this at least once!

  • Though it's been nearly six months since we first stayed at Searenity my friends and I have not stopped talking about going back. We're currently working on our plans to go back this year and I just realized I hadn't praised Searenity on this site like I intended to last year. Searenity literally has something for everyone and something for every occassion. A boat, a kayak, fishing, a lovely view, books and videos, a perfectly equipped kitchen, a comfortable atmosphere and a great location. I could keep going on and on about how great this house is and how thoughtful it's owners are to provide everything you need for a great vaction but I only have 3000 characters. Give it a try, I'm sure you'll fall in love as well.

  • This place was fantastic. The pictures don't do it justice. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and the sleeping arrangements worked great for even 2 families. From the lake to the beautiful ocean area (and the river that connects to two), to the close proximity to city activities, there was never a dull moment. Thanks so much, Paige and Gordon, for being so accomodating.
