This gorgeous home is located at the base of the Superstition Mountains of Gold Canyon with FREE WI-FI with every rental. Search the internet from anywhere in the home. Gold canyon is located in the east valley and is nestled between the Majestic Superstition Mountains and Dinosaur Mountain. Only 35 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport yet you feel as though you are in a different world. Gold Canyon is arguably one of the most scenic areas in all of Arizona. Our home has three bedrooms and two full baths with mountain views from every room. It is completely furnished with every amenity you will need to make your stay a pleasurable one. The living room has a 37 inch LCD wide screen TV with DVD player for those nights you want to stay inside. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an adjoining bath with double sinks, a separate shower, and a soaking tub with mountain views! The master also has a 27 inch flat screen TV. The second bedroom is located at the opposite side of the home with a queen-size bed. The third bedroom is next to the second bedroom and has a daybed. It may be used as a bedroom or as a den.
The backyard has an oversized covered patio with stunning mountain views. There is a built-in gas grill, and a built-in fire pit for those chilly nights in the desert. You will truly enjoy sitting on the patio drinking your morning coffee gazing at the awesome Superstition Mountains. You may want to stay there all day.
There is also a community pool and hot tub for your pleasure. They are both heated and just a short walk from the home. It is one of the closest locations to the community pool in the Superstition Foothills. There are stunning views of the Superstition Mountains from every chair at the pool. Gold Canyon has 3 golf courses,hiking,horseback riding,boating on near by lakes,desert landscaping and wild life.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY : A security deposit of $775 basic cleaning fee of $125 and 50% of your rental rate is due with your signed lease within 14 days or receiving your lease. Rentals of 3 months or more will have a $2500 security depposit. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. 6 month to Yearly renters will have to pay all utilities.
CANCELLATIONS: In case of cancellation after a deposit is received you will be charged $100 cancellation fee. Within 60 days of the time of arrival or after occupancy, no refunds will be given unless property can be rented again.
