Beaver Creek ski resort area is renowned for it's varied terrain perfection in grooming, large snow falls, ski and snowboard schools. The ice skating rink is located in the center of the village. Disco Skate Night is on Monday and Saturdays. Snowmobiling is available, as well as sleigh rides and sledding. You can even go dog sledding or hot air ballooning! You can also ski with a ranger on a 45 minute ski tour. Twilight Showshoe Tours are available from the Nordic Sport Center. Don't forget Rail Jam in front of McCoy's. You can travel to East Vale to enjoy ice climbing. The Beaver Creek Family Challenge is lots of fun. Each team races throughout the village and must perform crazy physical and mental challenges. The Chrystal Grotto is new this winter. Guests will experience a performing arts center created from ice and containing instruments carefully hand-crafted from ice. Don't forget the spa! The Beaver Creek Ski & Snowboarding school is open daily from 8-4:30. Adult ski school offers group and private lessons. The lift ticket office is open from 8:30-4:30. Cross country skiing is available from Strawberry Park chairlift at McCoy Park.
Summer in Beaver Creek and the Vail Valley is an amazing place! You can explore golf, biking, hiking, scenic chair lift rides, bowling, Beaver Creek Rodeo series, farmers' markets, horseback riding, hot air ballooning, tennis, concerts, rafting & kayaking, hummer & jeep tours, biplane rides, and Colorado Ski Museum. Children's activities include Beaver Creek Kids Camp, Discovery Camp, Adventure Camp, 5 Star Camp, Beaver Creek Children's Museum, Beaver Creek Children's Theatre, ice skating, Beaver Creek Stables, Bungee Trampoline & Climbing Wall, family movie night, day care, miniature golf and playgrounds. The Game Garage is located next to the Dusty Boot Restaurant - it's a video game arcade and game room for kids ages 10-17.

VRBO Bear stayed here - 01/30/2009
When I arrived at the Beaver Creek Resort on a Friday evening with my 2 human companions, I could “bearly” believe my eyes. Not only was the location and complex far more than I had hoped for, but the condo itself was perfect!
From the hardwood floors to the hangers in the closets to the beautiful marble tiling, there was no expense spared in this condo. Every detail was top-of-the-line. I especially enjoyed the soaking tub in the master bathroom! This was one of the coziest “caves” I have ever stayed in.
This specific condo had the best location in the complex. We sat in front of the roaring fire and watched the skiers get on the lift right outside the living room window. Plus, the fantastic fitness room, pool and spa amenities were conveniently located across the hall from the front door.
The Beaver Creek Landing was more than accommodating. The lobby featured a fireside game room complete with pool table, foosball table, and chess set in front of a warm fireplace. We used their shuttle service to get to Beaver Creek Village and back home safely after a day of skiing and activities. This condo is the perfect place to stay if you want to play in the snow all day and be entertained in the evening!

Why the Owner Chose Beaver Creek Landing
We love this location - both winter and summer, it makes a perfect get-away!!! We live in Texas, so the summers are pretty hot. Going to Beaver Creek in the summer is like a dream come true! It's perfect - pretty warm during the day, but cool in the mornings and evenings. Obviously, in the winter, it's the perfect location, since you are so close to the lifts. However, you are also soooo close to everything else. Edwards is 6 minutes away, Avon - only 4 minutes away and Vail is only about 14 minutes away. Amazing restaurants, cute little shops, and there are so many activies to take part in all year round! I hope you enjoy our oasis as much as we do!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Some of the events that take place in the area are as follows: January typically brings the Tallons Challenge, and the Master Chef Challenge sponsored by Bon Appetit. April offers the Vail Film Festival, events have spread throughout the Beaver Creek area. In the month of May, is the Blues, Brews & BBQ festival. June brings the Suzuki Institute for 2 weeks. July 4th offers a celebration with lots of activies. The Rocky Mountain Antique Festival and the Annual Beaver Creek Arts Festival are both in July. August offers the Wine & Spirits Festival, the Vertical Ascent Race and the Trans Rockies Run. September brings Oktoberfest and the Oktoberfest Shuffle. Throughout the winter months, you'll find the Beaver Creek Race Series and the Crystal Gtotto. Beaver Creek Rodeo takes place weekly every Thursday during the summer. You'll also find various culinary demonstrations, concerts, symphony performances, opera and theater throughout the year.

If you are looking for an amazing getaway then look no further! I have rented alot from VRBO and I have to say this is one of the best places I have stayed! First off the owners are lovely! The location is great! Quite, beautiful, and close to everything! Beaver Creek is a quick drive up the mountain and Avon is right across the mountain for close grocery shopping. We were there for the 4th of July and it was perfect! Avon has the best fireworks display in the valley and we could walk right out our door and see the amazing display above Nottingham Lake! The condo itself is impecable! The beds are great and in the second bedroom their are huge bunkbeds! My girls loved the room! They could spread out on the double sized bunkbeds and watch tv on their own flat screen in the room! This unit is located right by the beautiful pool and fitness center which was great so my girls could walk out the door and be at the pool and hot tubs! The decor is warm and inviting and they have tons of movies to chose from already in the unit, plus great family games to play! We highly recomend Beaver Creek Landing! We are already planning our next trip! :)

I was hesitant to write a review, as this place felt like the best kept secret I wanted to keep secret! But it truly is an exceptional condo with exceptional owners who are a pleasure to work with and made the hole experience as easy as can be (which is how it should be on vacation!). I invited 3 of my friends from high school out to Colorado for a long ski weekend and everything was the most perfect set up. We wanted to cook all our meals and didn't have to worry about any utensil or cookware not being available as the unit literally has everything and anything you could think of. The hot tubs and pool are right outside the door to the unit. As is the gym, and the ski lift, and the lift ticket office, and the ski rental shop, and the fire pit, and the garage....literally everything is right outside your door. Not to mention everything in the unit is spotless, modern, everything is even labeled so you know what's what around the unit. There was really a great feeling of luxury and home which was perfect for our stay. There were even cool board games to play and movies to watch, all included. While we were only 4 people, the unit could literally sleep 8 (though the living space is not the largest, so it would definitely be tight, and a different type of vacation than what me and my friends were aiming for). But for a family with a bunch of kids it's perfect! 5 stars all the way!

We just returned from a 4 night ski trip to this wonderful condo, and I couldn't wait to write about it. The property is much bigger than it seems from the photos (which is really saying something). I believe that this is the best unit in Beaver Creek Landing- incredibly close to the lift, outdoor gear closet, steps to the hot tub and pool, equipment rental on-site and beautifully decorated. The owners were incredibly responsive throughout the process (thank you, Linda!) and have stocked this condo with many of the things that we end up buying in other places (lots of paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc.). We will definitely be returning to this property next year!!

Stayed from Jan 2nd to Jan 9th, 2011. We are a family of five, mom and dad and three teenagers. We have been taking ski vacation trips for the last 10 years, never going to the same resort twice, many in Colorado, Utah, California, Vermont, New Mexico and Lake Tahoe. This condo is one of the best (if not the best) that we have stayed in. The unit is very nice, clean, well furnished, and with all the amenities you need. The location can not be a better one. For sure the best location we have had, you can not be closer to the lifts but yet quite and peaceful. The owners were very pleasant and helpful. We all loved our time there. I highly recommend this place for a ski vacation.

Our family arrived on Saturday December 18 and checked out December 27th. This was our fifth trip to Beaver Creek. Never have we wanted to stay at the same place twice, until now. The unit was amazing! The furniture was very comfortable, and the beds were amazing!! Too many times, people choose to go middle of the road with outfitting their kitchen and bathrooms, however, this unit is the exception, right down to the grill. The owners of this property were very helpful with all of our questions, and replied very quickly. It was so easy to take the gondola down to Avon during the day to get a few groceries, and do some errands. This is the first time I have written a review. We are hoping to stay here in March if it all works out.
