The eat in kitchen has new stainless appliances, maple cabinets, and granite countertops.
There is an outdoor shower by the heated pool, patio furniture including an umbrella table to enjoy outdoor dining from the bar-b-que grill as well as pool toys. There are bikes for the 26 miles of trails adjacent to the house, beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach stored in the two car garage with opener. There is also a small ice chest, beach toys and beach novels.
The fully furnished kitchen has pots/pans, dishes/utensils, microwave, flat stovetop, ice maker in the double door fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, dishwasher and granite counter tops.
The house has central AC, washer/dryer, DVD player, phone, ceiling fans in every room, cable TV, stereo and a spa tub. There is an iron and ironing board, board games and puzzles and a restaurant and island guide.
