Our property location is known for the best fishing and duck hunting in Texas Gulf Coast. Clean your fish on fishing stand or hire a guide to do all the work. We have a list of the best guides in the area. They pick you up at back door, bait your hook and clean your fish. We also have the best places to take your catch and they will cook it for you. Ahh, just the life.
Our 4 bedroom, 3 bath has hardwood, tile and carpet throughout. There is a living area upstairs with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with great bar with cantera floors. There is a refrigerator for cooling beer and a small freezer for ice. Just bring your toothbrush. There a 4 televisions just in case you get bored.

We bought this home for our seconf home and we lease when we do not use it. The best fishing is Estes Flat just in front of our house.New roof, a/c, granie kitchen and baths, new bamboo flooring and tile.. very clean

We are leaving tomorrow from a 2 month stay in this lovely home. We have had guests and family come and go and everyone enjoyed their stay. The kitchen and great room are spacious and cozy. We had many games going during the holiday and lots of cooking. Ample utensils and lots of serving dishes and glassware. We did not have access to the boat davit which we could have used but there is ample room for 2 boats on the dock. The owners were quick to respond to any problems we had, which were very few. Lots of good restaurants around , Port A has a new ferry boat now. This wonderful home on the ICW is close to everything on this coast. We would recommend to anyone..seniors just be aware of the stairs.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.
