As described in the listing, this studio apartment is quite spacious and has all the comforts of home. Super convenient to everything; skiing, ski shops, grocery shopping (Whole Foods, Super Target, Super Walmart, etc), highways, etc! The property is well maintained, clean and provided all the basic necessities. The property owners were very helpful and easy to communicate with. We did not use the public transportation but there was a bus stop within a block. If my ski trip lands me in SLC again next year I will be staying here again for sure!!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+.

I rented this property for 3 months while interning in the Salt Lake City area. This small, cozy basement was perfect, exactly what I was looking for during my short stay. Great location, 15-20 minutes from downtown. The owner is great, very accommodating to any of your needs. For example, the basement is rented separately from the rest of the house and during my stay, I was given access to the house upstairs when there weren't any other tenants there so that I could do my laundry and not have to go to the laundromat. If I am going to be in the area again, I will definitely stay here!
