Extensively remodeled, two bedroom, two bath vacation home in ideal location near Winter Park and Ski Area. 100 feet from bus stop for the free shuttle bus route to Winter Park/Mary Jane and town amenities. It is also 100 feet from a full service clubhouse with hot tubs, year round heated pool, showers, sauna, towel service, racquetball courts, fitness equipment, and (new this year)a ski rental shop. There are great mountain views right from our sofa and patio.

Renovations in November of 2006 include new custom kitchen, all new appliances, new furniture throughout, new luxurious king bed in master, new queen and bunk beds in guest bedroom, LCD flat screen TV in living area, flat screen televisions in both bedrooms, DVD players in all locations, and too much more to list. The kitchen is fully equipped, including cookware, dishes, spices, crock-pot, hand mixer, etc. For your convenience we also have unlimited free domestic long distance and wireless broadband Internet!

  • We'd recommend Rich's unit #11587 in Fraser, CO for its style, cleanliness, accessibility and location to anyone traveling to the Fraser/Winter Park area anytime of the year. We rented the unit sight unseen (except for website photos and description) for our parents (active 75 year olds)in connection with their grandson's wedding at Devil's Thumb Ranch in Sept 2007. The other 9 of us stayed near by at two VRBO houses. This unit has very well done built-ins, nicely fitted baths and kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds (nothing is worn or shabby). My husband and I live in Seattle, WA and Fort Collins, CO. We'd stay at this unit as distant visitors from Seattle or as local visitors from Fort Collins. We don't ski, but to us, the location looks fine for that as well. Rich was easy to work with via email and phone and aims to please. (After the visit, we suggested an iron and ironing board might be a nice addition, the option of a set of sheets that weren't flannel, and a place to store potpourri items.) Rich accepted the input graciously. Our parents were very pleased and we enjoyed the extra room as we all stopped in to visit over the three night stay. It makes for a much nicer time than being in a motel.

  • Wonderful condo!! Beautiful job with the recent renovations. We came for the summer activities and were pleased with the availability and easy access to hiking, biking, shopping and National Parks. We were only 35 minutes from the Rocky Mountain National Park and enjoyed our day of hiking (saw lots of wildlife) and shopping at Grand Lake. Condo was fully equipped and was perfect for our vacation stay. Although we weren't here for winter skiing this trip, I would also recommend this condo for winter activities due to location to Winter Park resort area.
