If your looking for five star accommodations with incredible views, look no further. Brand new Villa, newly furnished in an upscale gated oceanfront community located in Kolea with direct access to Waikoloa Beach. Our unique two bedroom, two bath villa is spectacular. It is ideal for families or romantic getaways.It has been professionally decorated. We have approximately 1600 square feet of spacious living including 300 feet of lanai. Our Villa is an end unit which means its about 300 sq feet larger than the interior units and it has a lot more light and air flow.

The master bedroom includes a California King bed, the second bedroom consists of one queen and one twin bed and we have a queen/sofa in the living room. Our villa includes both air conditioning and fans. The gourmet kitchen includes granite counter tops, gorgeous cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and all the extras to make your stay more enjoyable. Both bedrooms are masters with oversized showers and luxurious oversized bath tubs.

The Lanai consists of beautiful cabinetry,Tahitian patio dining set, mini fridge, and gourmet Viking gas grill with rotisserie.The 9X10 foot retractable pocket doors bring together the lanai and living areas for a larger natural flow with breathtaking views. Heavenly oceanfront community, three minute walk to beach, oceanfront infinity edge pool and lava hot tub, sand bottom kids pool with waterfalls. Beach club includes, open air exercise room, gourmet kitchen, etc.

Our villa is professionally serviced by Housekeeping. For an additional cost services include-laundry/valet, errands, food delivery, romance packages, etc.

  • We just got back from 8 days in Kona. The photos of this condo do not do it justice. It is BEAUTIFUL! We had a wonderful time in the very spacious condo. The condo is over 1500 sq ft. and feels every bit of that or more. Each room has a TV with cable and a DVD player. Our daughter loved her own room with her own TV and bathroom. The bathrooms are spacious and luxurious. There were many kitchen items in the condo such as a coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, toaster and other misc. items. We bought our food at Costco and the local supermarket and ate most of our meals at the condo. The Viking grill came in very handy when we were grilling up our shrimp and steaks! You won't be disapointed if you choose this condo. Kenny was easy and pleasant to work with and answered any questions we had.
