The Lalamilo Beach House is a well located and spacious plantation-style vacation home designed for beach lovers of all ages.
The house features an expansive great room, a fully equipped kitchen with large central island and counter seating, a dining table with seating for up to 12 guests, a card/game table and a large hikiei for lounging in the traditional Hawaiian style. There is also a large sun deck with an outdoor dining area and ample seating for sunbathers and stargazers alike. The long, shaded lanai leads to the home's three secluded bedrooms, each with ocean and mauka views and it's own private bathroom.
The quiet, second story Ohana/Guest house has all the amenities of a second home. It offers its own lanai, full kitchen, living room, master suite and bathroom, as well as mauka views of the world famous volcanoes - Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa.
The house also offers beautiful, mature, tropical landscaping. The plumerias are so plentiful in fact, that guests can string together their own leis daily. The large lawn leads out to the beach and provides the perfect spot to play ball, store beach toys, or host a small gathering. There is also a warm water, outdoor shower that makes running in from the beach truly pleasurable.

Why the Owner Chose Puako
This vacation home was built in 1993 by five siblings on land that was acquired by their grandparents back in the 1930's. The house sits on one of the few natural sand beaches on the Big Island and is one of the best swimming and snorkeling in the world!

The house is extremely well located and well equipped. All bedrooms offer their own ocean and mauka views, private baths and are accessed from a private lanai overlooking a large grass lawn that leads to the beach.
