This one bedroom condo unit is as close to the beach as walking across a hotel parking lot! But, without the "on the beach" prices. This unit is homey and comfortable and has a full size futon in the living room and a private bedroom with a queen size bed and dressing table/vanity. A spacious layout and full kitchen are a welcome convenience over a small crowded hotel room. Laundry facilities are available on-site.
This unit sleeps 4 people maximum.
Condo is located next to Schlitterbahn Water Park.

We were very impressed with our stay here. The price was great for a nicely furnished and decorated condo. We enjoyed our stay here. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach...if that. The water hose outside the building was very convenient for washing off all the sand. We can't wait to go back here. We had such an awesome time. The place was very clean and well maintained. We used the laundry facilities and everything worked. I definitely recommend this place.
