This luxurious condo is unit #109 in Deer Valley Resort's Black Bear Lodge. It has two bedrooms, three full baths and is just steps from world-renowned Deer Valley ski slopes - a venue for the 2002 Winter Olympics. Black Bear provides guests with one of the best locations in Upper Deer Valley's prestigious Silver Lake Village. It is only a two minute walk (250 paces to be exact!) to Deer Valley's Silver Lake Lodge, ski lifts, ticket office, ski school, restaurants, and shops. The condo is directly across the street from the famous Stein Eriksen Lodge and Spa.
Black Bear Lodge is an elegant destination. Some of the Lodge's special features include a heated year-round outdoor swimming pool, a community hot tub (in addition to this home's private hot tub), BBQ grill, an exercise room and heated indoor parking. Our renters can also enjoy the Lodge's wonderful Concierge, Guest Services staff and free shuttle service.
This condo is the ideal place for your family and friends to relax and enjoy everything Deer Valley has to offer. It comfortably sleeps 6 - 8 people. The three full baths are a real bonus. After returning from a day of activities, you can soak in the private hot tub - a luxury Sundance spa - on the covered patio. Then, sit in front of the fireplace crafted from beautiful river stones while you sink deeply into the supple leather sofa. Select a Netflix movie to watch on the new 46" Smart TV - the perfect way to relax after a long day on the slopes!
The condo has been professionally decorated and has many amenities that will make you feel right at home. It was completely re-painted and new carpet was installed throughout in 2010.
The master suite features a king-sized bed with a new luxury mattress, TV, DVD player, and a full bath with a jetted-tub.
The condo's second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. This is a great "kids room" complete with a Sony Wii and PlayStation and DVD player.
The two bedrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen, patio, and hot tub are all on one floor. For in-condo entertainment, you have three DVD players, three TV’s (a new 46-inch Smart TV was installed above the fireplace this summer) with cable, a Sony PlayStation & Wii, a stereo with a CD and MP3 player and wireless internet access. There are also many DVDs, access to Netflix, board games, books and puzzles for families to enjoy while you are unwinding in front of the fire.
The condo is set up to maximize our guests' comfort. It has it's own washer and dryer, humidifiers, I-Home alarm clocks and hair dryers in each bedroom and all the appliances, utensils, spices and other essentials in the kitchen you need to make cooking a breeze.

We have stayed at this fabulous condo for a number of years. And there is a reason that we keep returning. It is extremely comfortable, well maintained and could not be more convenient. The owners have continually upgraded things over the years, so that not only is it beautifully furnished but has the latest in appliances and extras. We love coming back to our "home away from home" and recommend that you stay here and experience that for yourselves.
Recommended for:Age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Our vacation in Deer Valley at the Black Bear Lodge was awesome! The location was good for us. The lifts are very close, and it is only a short drive into Park City. The property was very clean. And the staff at the Lodge went above and beyond our expectations. The owner was great to respond to emails when I had questions. It wasn't very crowded and was very quite. Not many restaurants to choose from in Deer Valley, but there is a delivery service with many menus to choose from. Our family did the Snowed Inn Sleigh Dinner. It was very pricey but a unique experience that we won't forget. Overall--a wonderful vacation.
Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
